Austria Trend Hotel Savoyen Vienna - 4 stars superior

The rooms were good size as were the bathrooms the location good near the tram station that takes you to city center .

The room card keys kept malfunctioning so we had to get them changed multiple times during the course of the stay .The reception could definitely be managed better . Both in terms of service , warmth and speed . Not a deal breaker Cutlery had to be picked from the bar , but I believe that’s the norm in Europe . Charger as well had to picked and signed for from the reception .

Staff is really nice and helpful. The room is very clean and spacious with comfortable beds. Breakfast is fresh and has a large variety of products. The underground parking fits big cars and there are always available plots. The location is excellent close to lots of touristic attractions.

Great place near public transportation. Great sauna opened until late! Highly appreciated as it was cold outside when visiting. Spacious room with a small sitting area and big and nice bathroom!

A bit of trafic noise at night. Pillows not adequate. Breakfast with various choice but a bit toward lower quality in my opinion.

The staff was great even when i was tired and stressed related to late arrival and cold temps. Location was close to the old town. You could easily walk, but the nearby tram stop was greatly appreciated on rainy days. Breakfast was wonderful with endless options.

The room was spacious and very clean. The bathroom was well designed, with a separate toilet and two sinks, which was very convenient. Breakfast was rich and generous, offering a wide variety of different foods. The underground parking directly beneath the hotel was a big plus. The location is excellent.

The only things I missed were a shoe-cleaning kit and slippers in the room.

The room was a good size, and had big windows that opened all the way, which let in a nice breeze. The bathroom was also a good size. The location was close to the train station and within walking distance to good sites and restaurants.

The hallways and room seemed a little outdated, although it was still charming. The rooms were a little on the warm side, even when I tried to turn the thermostat lower, but opening the windows helped cool the room down.

We arrived around 10.00 am and the room was ready. However to access it before 2.00 pm the hotel requested an additional 50 euros!

Everything! The room was large and comfortable for 2a2c, we booked a junior suite. The breakfast was plentiful and varied. The staff were great and the location suited our needs. I would stay here again.

The room is really clean, spacious, the location is super convenient.

there are some small issues which are not perfect for myself. for example, I would prefer to have a light-blocking curtain because of my sleeping problem. I forgot to take my toiletry bag, the time I arrived at the hotel was late, there is no toothbrush and toothpaste. I have to go down to the reception to ask for it.

The hotel was so well placed to get to the airport and the sights and sounds of Vienna. It was clean and the food was great. All staff were attentive and polite throughout. Will visit again.

Nice location very close to Belvedere Palace, spacious room with necessary facilities including the comfortable bed. The staff are polite and helpful, the breakfast were in good quality and with many to chose.
