Very nice hotel Clean, nice size rooms, good restaurant and breakfast Close to Prater

Not really close to city center 20 minute ride to Schönbrunn Palace All the way across town

The position is very convenient: 3 minutes walking from Paterstern underground station and in 10 minutes you can be downtown. The structure is very modern and clean. The room has a decent size, the bathroom is modern and updated.

Personnel at reception is kind but very cold. Smiling and welcoming passing by customers should be obvious..

Good location, close to the train station.

Breakfast was VERY expensive compared to what you got: 20 Euros!

The entire property is new and that means everything is well thought through: light switches, bright bathroom, space, etc. The room was cozy, it was quiet and the blackout curtains really work. Loved how clean everything was!

Water pressure in the 6th floor could be better in the sink

I book a larger room and the size was ok Shower water pressure was very good, not in the faucets.

Service at the front desk is a disaster. You must do your own check in by using one of their tablets on the front desk. So what the clerks do ? I have arrived at 3.15 pm and my room was not ready. Please do not even think to come earlier. Before 3pm tenths of people is waiting at the lobby waiting for their room assignment.

The room was spacious, the location was nice, close to the metro

The room was a bit wearied out, the sink drain didn’t work (but thanks to the lady from reception, it’s been fixed) the shower head was a bit broken, the ac didn’t work for heating, though I’ve waited for quite a time The check in experience was kinda poor, there was a huge line of people waiting for the check in, and not enough staff to accommodate us Given that they knew the number of guests, they could’ve done a better job It took me almost an hour to get in

My room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. It was located in a very quiet area, next to Prater.

Location and neighborhood were excellent. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was outstanding (even for kids).

There was no fridge/minibar in the room which is not so comfortable when you travel with young kids.

New and spacious areas all over. The room was great and the bed soft enough.

Despite it being a bit far from the center is close to main attractions.

The room was modern, new furniture and equipment.The breakfast was good, in a large enough restaurant.It's very close to Praterstern, a busy public transportation station.The room was quiet, I didn't hear any unwanted noise from anywhere.

The room had the bed on a storey with a pretty steep staircase. It was not comfortable, and borderline unsafe, especially in the morning. They could've easily made it bigger, longer, and one could've even reached in to shelves behind it.The tap in the bathroom was funny, I guess they wanted to conserve water, but the only thing they achieved was me running it longer to make it useful...The shower took half a minute to get warm as well...

Breakfast was expensive at 25e and needed to pay a 50e deposit to borrow an iron from reception

From the beginning till end everything was really good. The stuff was so nice and helpful. Room was so clean we didn’t have any problems. Also the location is good. You have metro 5minutes by walking and the tram is 2minutes walking from hotel. Also prater is 10minutes from there. We were satisfied

Very bad, never again

Charged me 10 euros for being late oncheckout which is 11. They said we have informed but they dont, when they called me in room phone we immediately left. Everywhere in the world, checkout time is 12. Why should ı know your time policy. No kinder channels in tv. Very inpolite desk officials.

Good location - access to public transport and Prater park, cafes etc. Friendly reception staff. Good variety of breakfast food.

No Available kettle. 16 Euros a night for kettle is ridiculous. 4 Euros a cup of hot water!!!! Small room not big enough to lay bags out. Unhelpful restaurant staff - took ages to settle bill. Food in restaurant apart from breakfast is very ordinary. Even though rooms were ready we weren’t able to get in until 3.

slow check in system; asked 50 euro for early check in; loft bed in my room, whereas nowhere on my reservation it said that; asked 50 euro for the iron and board, which I had to carry to my room myself, was not told that it was supposed to be returned within an hour, so I did not and hence they refused to return the 50 euro deposit; restaurant so-so, staff poorly trained.

Stingey on small things. Had to pay for boiled water. No kettle in room. Expensive meals.

It's a very clean hotel, most of the staff is nice

We stayed there for 3 nights and our air condition was not working the whole stay (over 30degrees and like a Sauna in the room). We told them many times, they tried to help but seemed like no one could fix it and no other rokms were available...When we checked out we asked for a compensation...like free breakfast etc...all they could offer us is email them...what I did twice and I never heard back from them...but they promised us they'll fix it somehow...

Close to the metro (and ten minutes by metro to the center of Vienna) and Prater, clean and modern looking lobby and the rooms. The staff were friendly and welcoming, check in was quick and easy. Only regret is not booking a longer stay. Will definitely be returning next year!
