- I liked the fact that it looked like in the photos. I liked the idea of having a balcony to get fresh air. It was clean.
- View. Location by main train station was convenient for travel. Roomy and clean.
Cons -
- The balcony door handle was missing- so we could not get any fresh air or use the balcony during our 2 night stay. Customer service was slow to respond- and all responses were handled by a bot. Internet stopped working 2 hours after we arrived. Again no support or response. Finally checking in and finding keys is a free escape room experience. They send you clues at 3pm on where to find the lock box and codes etc. I ended up sitting on the pavement for 10 Minutes in the dark trying to read numbers and dial them correctly to get the box to spring open and give me keys.
- Did not like Key Pickup/Dropoff procedure. Key not there at first but was able to get a hold of management company. ROOM WAS HOT and thermostat was not effective. 24c/75f the whole time. Made it hard to sleep. Only 2 bath towels for 2 people over 3 days. Short on towels in kitchen/toilet area as well. Balcony door handle broken... would have been a deal breaker if we were smokers. Would have loved to sit out there on one beautiful evening but no access. Internet was not functioning, but we did plug-in and reset the modem and it worked after that.
