Location it’s ok. Quite area.

Service wasn’t good at all. From day first ask for separate signal beds. They said ok but never did. Then we asked bed sheets so we can separate by self and same they forgot to bring went 3 times to asked do reception. Midnight went again and got the bed sheets and did it by self. Room cleaners came only when we asked but even didn’t clean while we were not in room. We ask again then the came cleaners when we was in the room to clean but we refused.

Transportation to downtown Vienna was close by.

One of the towels had a stain. Arriving at night, the location made us a little nervous, but it wasn't so bad in the daytime.

It was clean, good location and Iris the receptionist was very helpful!!

Room was pretty good. Not so far to the city center. Good wifi.

Shapeless pillows.

Spacious room with comfortable bed. Heating working very well. Close to metro and nice restaurants. Good price - quality ratio. Receptionists very friendly

The rooms were Ok but the breakfast was superb. Overall, it was a nice stay.

Idk if it's a norm, but we have to request cleaning ourselves.

Its very convenient location to everywhere u can easily get the bus or trams and room was super nice it was bit small compare to other hotels but if u want something different super nice.staff were super helpful they are really nice.i had very good stay

Its better if u have smoking area upper floor as well

The staff were very nice there, we checked in under 15mins, receptionists knew english so no problem with communication. the room itself was clean and comfortable. our room was located on the 3rd floor i believe it was kind of a maze there

Bedroom was nice for a family of 3, a bit of equipment to eat there in the evening and good breakfast. Hotel staff was helpful from arrival to departure. Good value.

A small bedside lamp would be useful when the kid sleeps and parents want to read.

There were mixed reviews online about this hotel. I was wary that the cheap price meant the poor reviews were correct. But I'm happy to advise this is a clean and tidy hotel. The breakfast buffet was outstanding- much above a standard continental breakfast I expected. Rooms are a bit tired, but the place was clean and good value for the price.

Perfect place to stay if you are visiting your IES student in the area. Great breakfast, although I advise to not prepay, rather pay as you go. Great WiFi and the shower rocked. My only negative is no second garbage can in the room, one small in the bathroom. I recommend the Art Hotel.

Location was fairly good with transportation links with 10-minutes walking. Staff were helpful and friendly.

Hotel needs updating and modernisation. What was extremely disappointing was a fire evacuation alarm going off at midnight, apparently due to someone cooking in the room! The fire-brigade were there dealing with the evacuation and then much later allowed us to re-enter the building. Not a single hotel staff member turned-up!!!!! When I complained about this serious breach of H&S and customer care, the impression I got from the replies was that no one seemed to think that this was an issue as the fire-brigade dealt with the evacuation and then permitting the customers to re-enter.

The light was not good enough, and location of lightening was not in safe place. I several times hit my head.

Overall our rental unit was clean and quite nice. We stayed for 3 nights over New Year's. This was the most affordable unit with a kitchenette that was walkable to most of the museums, palaces, etc (typically 1.5 to 2 miles away). Nice place, good price.

No real complaints. Nice room, but a bit on the small side. Kitchenette was also small, with minimal ability to cook. Fortunately we just wanted the fridge, microwave and electric kettle, which all worked great. It's not close to any of the major attractions, but the restaurant amd supermarkets nearby were quite good.

We had to request a towel change and room cleaning, as these were not taken care of initially.

Everything was wonderful. The apartment was stylish, very comfortable and had everything needed and more. There was even cereal, tea and coffee (different kinds). And moreover the hotel is surrounded by supermarkets, vending machines, restaurants. The location is fantastic - buses, trams and metro station. We highly recommend Art Hotel Vienna.

There was no heating for our apartment since we got there. They said it would be fixed till the next day and for the inconvenience we would get a refund. The next day nothing changed. And so on, and so on. They gave us a little portable heater and we used it because otherwise it would be freezing inside. The central heating was not fixed until we checked out after 5 days. I'm waiting for the refund.

Location and foodThe good thing was breakfast service, very clean, nice ladies working there and high variation of food options offered. Also the location was nice, quote area surrounded by many shops, bakery, food corners and restaurants and also easy access to A line buss for transportation to city center within 15-20 minutes.

The bathroom as well as the room had no ventilation at all, it was only a small window that you could open in the room. There were no radiator in the room just a small noisy electric heater. Every morning around 6.40 AM the staff would empty the trash or something and were very noisy with caring the wheels and talking loudly. One of the towels was not clean and there was an empty plastic bottle in the room. The cleaning service was not done properly.

The location is good, only one bus away and 10 minutes from Karlsplatz.

I didnt like the cold breakfast and cold dining room we litterally had to eat in jackets and hats .. not worth 200euros pher night
