- Actual conditions: poor bed clothing, there were not sheets, just light comforters. No towels, no shampoo, no soap, an almost empty roll of toilet paper for 4 people!!! Really? By paying almost 4 times the rate. Cold room with small children
- Difficult checking in process for me and several others. At one point there were 7 people on sidewalk not able to get in building; later 10 people inside trying to navigate getting their key. I was given the wrong code for mine. Shower was missing a door.
