The Amauris Vienna - Relais & Châteaux

The Ring was an incredible surprise as we originally had reservations nearby. The ring was awesome! They did twice daily service, excellent location and a really great room.

Some construction during the stay that was really not a problem. Restaurant seems expensive. Lots of online complaints that breakfast isn't worth it (€32 each), visually I agree but we didn't purchase the breakfast so we can't comment.

The filling is being home.

We did not like breakfast.we believe that you have to create a small breakfast bar and not a menu only.

Accepting undesirables into the bar area who subsequently tried to steal my phone from my coat pocket then after a confrontation he was not ejected or the police were not notified.This was very distressing and disapointing.

Very clean, the staff were always friendly and helpful, the breakfast was excellent, and the staff were more than wonderful, always attentive to our halal food and very respectful. The hotel is truly amazing, and the location is excellent, offering easy access to transportation. Thank you so much; our trip was perfect thanks to you.

We had a lovely four night stay at the Amauris.Really lovely hotel. We had three rooms to accommodate our family. Each of the rooms were wonderful. Plenty of room and the hotel had put us in rooms close together on the same floor. We could not fault the rooms. They were spotlessly clean and housekeeping was excellent. We found all the staff to be very pleasant and very attentive. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice and made fresh when ordered. We could not fault the choice and quality of the food at breakfast.

We were staying as a family - six adults, one child and one infant. Unfortunately, we found the dining options to be a bit limited and therefore only had breakfast in the hotel which was a shame. Anyone considering a stay at the hotel should check the dinner menu to check it meets with your tastes.

To each member of the wonderful Amauris team I wanted to express my sincere gratitude for your outstanding service during our stay.The attention to detail and friendly demeanor of your team members exceeded my expectations. I was especially impressed with how you surprised our daughter with a celebration of her birthday with a cake and a beautiful singing by the staff members.The food was amazing. The Amauris Vienna exceeds every expectation. Rooms are luxurious and brilliantly appointed. Hotel staff is professional, friendly, accommodating, and knowledgable. Daily breakfast was incomparable in terms of cuisine choices, quality, and generousness. The Amauris is a sophisticated and welcoming hotel.

We did not like saying goodbye. Can't wait to go back.

As a frequent traveller to Vienna, I have been truly impressed with The Amauris Hotel. I spent two nights at the property, and thanks to the excellent service and professionalism received, they were for sure memorable and relaxing. Upon arrival, I got an amazing upgrade to a beautiful room. Attention to detail in this hotel is for sure on another level. The stylish and yet cosy design, ultra-comfortable bed, exceptional cleanliness level, relaxing spa and atmosphere, delicious and high-quality food, and highly trained staff members definitely left a positive impact on me. I was really able to relax in the best possible way during my 3-day gateway to Vienna. I definitely recommend The Amauris Hotel and for sure will come back again soon.

The hotel couldn’t be in a better location. Everything was walking distance. Right in the heart of Vienna. As soon as we arrived the staff was waiting outside, greeted us with a smile and took our luggage and the car. As we walked into the lobby it smelled amazing. Lobby was decorated very stylish and inviting. The front desk girl Pia was very nice and helpful. She even accompanied us to our room to explain where everything is and how to navigate the room tablet. We were pleasantly surprised to find a welcoming congratulation from the manager and staff for our Wedding Anniversary. They treated us with a champagne, sparkling water, still water fruit and a small cake, that was delicious. The room was gorgeous, everything was perfect. There were bathrobes and slippers waiting for us. And the bathroom had small necessities ready ( bamboo comb, toothbrush, toothpaste, nail filer, razor just to point few). BTW the water pressure in the shower was awesome:).The hotel really Exceeded our expectations. We loved the old fashioned elevator. We especially loved coming downstairs for an amazing breakfast. It was exceptional!! From the staff, especially Linda( who made sure of my food allergies) Joanna who served us every morning. Kira(her first day, she did awesome:)) service was top notch 5star hotel for sure. Tables were set up for fine dining every morning.The Food was outstanding and fresh every single time. From the coffee to bread, pastry, smoothies, juices to the fruit, eggs, pancakes and waffles. There was so much more. Everything was meticulously prepared and arranged on the plate. We couldn’t wait for breakfast each day. Room was cleaned and refreshed every day and there was a turn down service in the evening as well with a small card and a chocolate. Overall we had an excellent time in Vienna and will recommend The Amauris to everyone. We can’t wait to go back.

There was nothing to point out for this Hotel.

The hotel is top-notch. The design is stunning, the scent is wonderful, everything is clean, and the size of the room we stayed in exceeded our expectations. The staff was excellent and did everything possible to meet our needs. The breakfast was simply excellent.

The check-in process was a bit too long late at night.

The breakfast was exceptional. The staff were extremely friendly knowledgeable and professional and made us feel very welcome informed and assisted at all times. Also the bed was extremely comfortable

Perhaps a wider full range of television channels/sports etc..

My room was on the first floor near the tram tracks. Once the trolleys start running at 5:30 sleep is near impossible.

The hotel is really beautiful but the service is very weak. Still need improvement especially reception desk !

SERVICE - still need an improvement and more flexibility for guests . We land very early, we waited for a room but we were very sleepy and the promised us that will call whenever room is ready and they didn’t .They forgot about welcome drink They made problems with late check out and just to be clear we wanted to pay, the „mamager” told us there are no rooms available and she forget that nowadays you can check availability online and it was planty of rooms available Flexibility I a key for luxury clients.

Our chosen room had a very small bathroom, and was a little noisy as it was next to the lift. We asked to change room and we were moved to a lovely upgraded room. The staff were absolutely delightful, so warm and friendly.
