Non-working access codes

At the very beginning, I had a problem with the door access code, which did not work. They sent me a code that was supposed to open all doors (the building entrance, the floor entrance, and the apartment door). The code did not work on the building entrance door, which was luckily unlocked, so I managed to enter the building. I then realized that the code also did not work for the floor entrance door. Thanks to another guest, I was able to enter the apartment area and test the code on my apartment door, where it was the only door that actually worked.I contacted customer support and, after about ten minutes of conversation, I received master codes for all doors. As a foreign guest, this caused me additional costs.The apartment itself was nothing special. I didn’t even have a window facing outside, so I felt like I was in a coffin. The apartment is clearly designed for couples, as there is no real privacy when taking a shower. Keep this in mind if you are booking the place while traveling with a friend or a sister, as I did.

The hotel exceeded our expectations. The location was superb, the check-in instructions were easy to understand, and there was also a convenient place to store luggage. When we first arrived, the room was spotlessly clean, and in terms of size, the pictures don’t do it justice. It was more spacious than we expected and, of course, warm and comfortable. The beds were comfy, and the hotel is within walking distance of almost every main attraction in Vienna. The TV had YouTube, Netflix, and a browser as well. Whenever needed, the room was cleaned. We will definitely stay here again when we return.

Noice isolation isn't the best, so if the neighbours gonna be noicy, you're going to hear it.

Apartment was very clean and comfortable. In room we had coffeemaker and kettle, also drinkable water! Excellent!

It was in a good location, a five minute walk from the bus stop. Inside everything was good, no issues and fast self check in.

The cleaners were a bit rude.

Showers have a glass door that is right in front of the bed. If you’re staying with someone you’d want to be very comfortable seeing each other naked. The tv also couldn’t connect to my phone at all so I was unable to watch anything

Good location, clean, comfy bed

I think it's a good deal for the money. The only aspect that I was not satisfied was that the mattress was to soft for my preference. And guests who like to cool down their room a lot may miss a remote control for the Aircon. An instruction for the coffee tab machine would have been helpful. Otherwise, all was ok.

My stay in Vienna was very pleasant, the apartment had a convenient location to reach the city center and was close to the tram stop. I found it super clean and with all the essentials, I would definitely recommend it

Everything went well, from the booking to the room and room service. The rooms are practical and easy to access and there are nice restaurants in walking distance.

There used to be a snack instead of just a biscuit. I missed that. Also, the tea selection is great, but in the evenings I like teas and coffee without coffeine, which helps sleep better.

The bed is comfortable, the room is spacious, and it's close to bus and tram stops.

The heater was on at its highest setting during the day when no one was around, making it very warm inside, but it was turned off at night, and I got cold and sick. The toilets and showers were not cleaned routinely.

We were in Vienna for Christmas. The hotel is conveniently located, relatively close to the Christmas market near the Town Hall. Self-service check-in was very convenient and quick.

Sometimes it was noisy, but it didn't interfere with our rest.

Spacious room, warm and modern. Excellent location, 20 minutes walk from cafe central. Segafredo coffee, excellent taste and lots of variety tea. Everything was perfect. We booked late and the staff was very professional to provide us the self check in code and other details. Looking forward to go back soon

Wifi is not connecting, if it does its slow (even for a video load) not good at all… had to use mobile internet for extra chargeHeating was not so good, turned up heating to max before sleep, and at morning we were still near freezingBathroom design is questionable (shower is pushing water to the whole bathroom, making it really annoying)

Relatively close to the center. Clean, warm, safe and with all the essentials. It made us feel comfortable.

Only the distance from the center isn't the best but still it is relatively close.
