Free parking, apartment was reasonably clean, reasonably furnished, staff polite and courteous, paid drink and snack options were available at the reception.

We wanted a decent stop for one night during our road trip. Location is up a hill, feels more isolated than simply peaceful, no quick food or drink options nearby. Also not really convenient for a quick exit to the highway.Parking inside the courtyard is a hit or miss since courtyard is not designed as a proper parking lot. I think if you arrive late, you may struggle to park. There is no electric charging station, as advertised. The common areas are a bit dated and I did not feel breakfast was value for money.My kids did not sleep very well. The matress was directly on the floor and space was tight. They have experience sleeping on tatami and enjoying it but in this case it was not comfortable. All in all, sorry to say but I would not book again, the experience felt subpar.

The property was quaint and quiet and easily accessible to public transportation. We never had an issue with parking the rental car and could grab uber when needed. The room was standard in size and worked for us. Breakfast was the highlight of our day ? and the “lunch box” offered on the early morning of departure was perfect. Convenience of the bar at reception was also a plus.

I wish we had more options for lunch and dinner at or near the hotel. We toured in Vienna during the day and didn’t always want to stay in town for dinner. Even if the hotel offered a set (light) lunch menu, it would be more convenient.

Rooms was clean. Breakfast was various and excellent. The property has a parking. Staff was polite and helpful.

Sofa bed in the room, was actually the mattress on the floor.

No lounge /seating area available at night time. There are no restaurants or shops in the local area.

Staff was excellent, especially Michelle, friendly and helpful. Also housekeeping was outstanding.

Not having a kettle and fridge, we ended up throwing away our snacks and leftovers.

There are many disadvantages. Firstly, very poor breakfasts. Stale croissants, crusted cheese, very little choice of what to eat. Secondly, a large black dog is barking at the guests in the parking lot. This dog probably belongs to the owners of the hotel. But it's too bad that she rushes at the hotel guests. I was afraid to leave the hotel and go outside. Thirdly, we saw a cockroach in our room. There are cockroaches there because they don't put garbage bags in trash cans. It is difficult to set the temperature of the water in the shower. Because of the dog, I would give this hotel 2 out of 10.

The staff were good and helpful though they forgot to fix the bed having cleaned the room on occasion (I was there for 5 nights).Also no English speaking channels on their TV.Good public transport available but location is not near the centre.

Clean and modern, quiet and nice view of the city

The walls of the room on the first floor were thin; could hear the kitchen hustling in the morning.

Modern, clean and spacious rooms with very confortable bedding and quiet setting. Out of the city center but easily reachable by public transportation. Friendly on-site staff and super easy virtual check in and check out.

Breakfast was overpriced.

A real beautiful place just a little kilometers outside the center of Vienna. In a quiet and beautiful location that offers a wonderful view of the city. Our room and all areas of the hotel were spotlessly clean. The staff were very kind and helpful. Our room provided an excellent view of Vienna. Towards the end of our stay there was a mess but I appreciate that even late at night they ran to serve us. We highly recommend it and will definitely be back.

The people are lovely and kind. The place is beautifully arranged and exceptionally clean. I cannot express my gratitude enough for such a positive people and environment. The whole family loved it and the breakfast was delicious.

A bit Far from the center

Nice, cozy little hotel in a quiet neighbourhood. Clean and spacious room. Public bus stop in front of the hotel,. A few parking places available at the hotel, no fee but also no reservations possible.

Staff very helpful. The quietness. The view of the town. The bio quality of the food

We stayed at the family atelier and it was super spacious and clean. There was small kitchen that we could use inside of living room. Everything was equipped so convenient. Would highly recommend if you are travel with family.

No elevator as other usual European small hotels so if you travel with disabled, need to consider that. Other than that it was nice stay.
