Every staff member from check in/ room attendant/ breakfast staff were so friendly and helpful.

It was a great location for us...everything was close by ... but nighttime around the hotel was noisy. But that's to be expected because it was a perfect location. Perhaps on check in request a off street room.

Excellent location to discover Vienna. Very friendly personnel. Good rooms, good breakfast.

If I have to mention a potential improvement, I would say the pillows were too soft in our view. Further truly all well organized.

This hotel has the perfect location right in the heart of the city. It is located next to St. Stephen’s Cathedral, which makes it incredibly convenient for sightseeing. McDonald’s, Starbucks, and Billa supermarket are just 30 seconds away across from the hotel, and the subway station is only a 3-minute walk away.Everything about the stay was great. The breakfast was good — not a huge variety of dishes, but sufficient and satisfying. Although the exterior of the hotel looks a bit old, the interior is very well maintained and extremely clean. The bathroom has been renovated and was spotless. The bed was very comfortable, which made our stay even more pleasant.Overall, it was a wonderful place to stay, and I would happily stay here again.

Awesome location right near main walking street, metro station and the Cathedral. The breakfast and the serving staff were great. Lots of hot/cold choices. We mainly walked to the local sites because the location is very central. Somewhat easy to take transit to the airport - less than taxi but we had to deal with luggage which wasn't too bad (Metro to main train station then direct train to airport). We took transit to Schonbrunn Palace (great) and Bratislava (average...we just wanted to see it)

Fantastic location, right in the heart of Vienna. The staff were wonderful. The bathroom had a hot, powerful rainfall shower. Very good breakfast. Excellent free WiFi.

The room was a bit drab and tired, and didn't live up to expectations. The air-conditioning was ineffective - no matter where the dial was set, the temperature in the room never changed. It was too warm at night and a bit cold in the daytime. Few electrical outlets, and none at all within reach of the bed.

Location could not be better for a city visit. In the heart of the old town, literally around the corner from a U-Bahn station and the Cathedral, with lots of cafes and restaurants on the doorstep. Hotel facilities were very good too. Breakfast was excellent, fresh, refilled regularly and a good selection.

Right in the centre ! Amazing location. The room was very spacious and clean. Heat was working perfectly. Excellent service. The beds were comfortable as well.

The room didn't have any bottle opener. It is considered necessary since all the bottles in the fridge require that to open.

The hotel is right in the heart of Vienna I personally had a great & comfortable stay at this hotel. Very good & delicious breakfast, staff were very nice, kind & helpful. Cleaning of rooms are on a daily basis unless you request not to be bothered in your room. Public Transportation? No problem. Train station is only a few meters away and bus stops are nearby as well. Plenty of shops and restaurants in the area. I loved the fact that I could also control the AC in my room and also I could open the window as well for some fresh air which was a bonus for me. Upon check out, you can store your luggage at their luggage room for as long as you want.

My husband had a medical emergency while we were staying and the staff were extremely compassionate and understanding.

Door hard to open

Every member of staff was incredible, friendly, helpful and so polite. The location was perfect for seeing all the sights and breakfast was wonderful. There was so much choice. The room was clean, large, comfortable and the shower was amazing!

Great location next to Stephansplatz but still quiet. Staff were very friendly. Room was a very good size. Breakfast was excellent, lots of hot and cold choices.

Wifi was terrible and not secure, very disappointing for a hotel of this level. Room was very warm but we were able to adjust temperature. Hair dryer was attached in a drawer and was difficult to use.
