Pros +
- Room, staff & location
- The location near the UN is perfect for attending meetings at the Vienna International Conference Centre. And I love the coffee and tea service in the bedroom.
- The hotel is located between two U-Bahn stations and has good connections to the city. The rooms are comfortable. The bathroom is spacious. You are welcomed in the room with complimentary coffee/tea and a bottle of water, which is very important after a long journey. The staff is friendly. In addition to the key, the room can also be locked with a bolt, which provides extra security and peace of mind.
Cons -
- Everything was great, thank you.
- One of the bathroom lights was not working, and there were not enough tissues in the box.As a pet-friendly hotel that charges an additional fee for a dog, the room should at least include a dog bed and a water bowl. I travel a lot with my dog and usually stay in hotels. Everywhere I have been charged an extra fee for my pet, which is not small, but only in two cases did my furry companion receive a bed, a water bowl, and a small treat. I believe it is not enough to simply charge extra and label the hotel as pet-friendly, for that price, at least some basic items should be provided for furry friends. One more thing that really upset me was that when I was leaving, I asked the reception to call me a regular taxi. Instead, some kind of VIP transfer was ordered, most likely a service the hotel cooperates with or one of the staff, even though I clearly asked for a regular taxi. Of course, I will not comment on the price I was charged. This left a very bad impression on my entire trip to Vienna — I felt cheated and overcharged. This is a small hint for future guests.
- the room side of the hotels looks very much from the 70s with almost no changes; i've been in other NH in Europe and normally they are much more modern. the style gave the impression the hotel was not well curated. Staff at the reception not particularly friendly; i think i never saw a smile from the people there

I liked the Fitness and Sauna. I also really liked the location. The bathroom was also functional and clean.I also brought my bike and loved riding into the city. Would certainly recommend this!
On the website it says air conditioned. The airco does not cool the room. It only heats (I learned after entering a hot room). This is certainly misleading.
Nice and neat, capacious rooms. Helpful staff. Excellent location for my conference and close to the metro station to go anywhere.
Friendly stuff. Great and varied breakfast.
The room was not very clean, the sheets were stained. I had booked a room with a river view, but at least the room I got had most of its view facing another building.
The check-in and the reception as well as breakfast staff were friendly and very helpful.Excellent English and easy to communicate in a foreign country. The area was excellent, the hotel and rooms clean. We had a very pleasant experience with the hotel.
Location Cleanliness Mr. Rashad was very helpful. Thank you
Air conditioning fan is noisy
Clean, staff really nice Location near to metro station Nice breakfast

Perhaps the only good thing of the hotel is it being close to the Vienna International Center if you have business there, but even then, there are definitely better hotels closer. And you can get there with the metro. Some of the staff really do try their best.
Where do I begin?- We traveled with out 5 month old, hotel advertises crib on request, I made sure to request since the moment I reserved that we needed the crib and the age of my child, and what we ended up getting was closer to a playpen for a toddler than a crib for a baby. It also WAS NOT suitable for a child that age, mattress was soft, when complained, they "fixed it" by adding more of those "mattresses" that looked more to be part of a gym mattress than something you would want your baby sleeping in, if I would've been warned from the beginning, I would have cancelled my reservation immediately.- When complaining about it, staff was elusive and pretend they were going to do something, in the end they just said "it's the only crib we have".- We confirmed we wanted our room cleaned every day (Who wouldn't want this?!) not only they didn't cleaned one day, the cleaning left a lot to be desired, we killed a bug on Monday on the floor, it wasn't picked up until Thursday!! A couple of days, they left the used cups of coffee as if they had been cleansed but they were still stained.- Basic WiFi was very bad, sometimes not hitting even 1Mb/s, completely though of for you to pay for a better connection. They offered a voucher for the paid connection and that was also mediocre.- Breakfast was expensive and mediocre.- Furniture feels old, one of the chairs in the room looked very old.All in all, this is not a 4 star hotel, at best, it's a 3 star big hotel, but 4 stars most definitely not
Location Staff
Breakfast
location is good, staff is nice, breakfast
Location , Breakfast, Room facilities
Breakfast is good, but not many choices at the lunch or dinner menu, restaurant staff very unprofessionbal
Staff at the restaurant
Generally very nice, but it is starting to look a little tired. Maintenance would go a long way.
I would prefer an iron and board in the room rather than behind the gym.
Excellent location, clean room.
One of the elevators was often not working, leading to longer waiting times, and we were on the 10th floor. The bed was so hard, it felt like sleeping on a wooden plank. Pillows were thin as a pancake which made it additionally uncomfortable.
Convenient location to VIC, friendly staff, got a quiet room on the 15th floor
A kettle and instant coffee is an outdated option for coffee making facilities in the room. Would have appreciated some type of coffee machine (filter, pods), instant coffee is not acceptable for a 4 star hotel. The glass protection in the shower did not properly fit so water was spilling out when showering.
The price was very reasonable, the view from the window was amazing, the room was fairly large and comfortable, a bit old and outdated interior but not a deal-breaker, the cleaning stuff was very efficient every day, changed everything looe a clock, staff was friendly, the hotel itself was overall very pleasant.
1. The interior and furniture needs renewal.2. The experience could be even better if the girl at the reception didn't tried a trick of some sort, first when we arrived she told us we need to pay when everything was already paid in advance, but ok, I thought it was honest mistake but then at the checkout the same girl at reception told us we haven't paid the city tax, after we confronted her that we paid everything all and were about to show the confirmation at booking app she immediately was like "oh ok ok someone must have made a mistake at the computer" now this was the only bad part of our stay, it was very unpleasant and felt like a "oh let's try to scam them and see if they will pay again if we tell them they didn't paid" felt like when she realised we knew we paid everything then it became a "mistake" in a moment, it felt it was on purpose.
Great value for money, considering hotel location and number of stars. Clean and well equipped rooms.
Nothing to point out.
