Only the location.

Staff would smile to your face but really don?t have the desire to help you. Entrance smells like Cinnabon at all times because they sell some Austrian bakery. There is really no lobby or front desk. Onyx restaurant is a big disappointment, below average.

Everything was perfect on the hotel side.

Due to the Demel takeaway located at the hotel entrance, there is a strong smell of cooking oil, which spreads via the elevators to the upper floors and room corridors. It would be great if a solution could be found for this issue.

Perfect location, comfy room. Breakfast was served as an Austrian breakfast, after my complain the manager has offered us to order anything from the kitchen. Very clean.

The staff made it SO easy to drive to the hotel. They took care of everything - parked the car and took luggage up. When we left we had stowed our luggage for the day and when we were ready to leave they loaded all luggage in car and brought it as close to hotel as they could. I was not expecting that - they were excellent!!The blossoming orange trees on the balcony were absolutely lovely and smelled so good. The handwritten note on the bar with some chocolates, fresh fruit, and lovely flowers were all a very nice touch!!

Would have been better to have some breakfast choices - not everyone enjoyed all of it while others loved all of it.

The location was amazing

The staff. They seemed more focused on the restaurant than on hotel guests. It wasn’t a warm welcoming environment to step into. The restaurants had amazing food but sometimes at a hotel you just want a bar and some simple food, a place to meet friends and chat about the days sightseeing. But the restaurants were far too high level for casual socializing. It felt over the top. Does it really need two high end restaurants at the hotel as a choice for guests?

We usually stay at the Do&Co Hotel whenever we visit Vienna, and once again our experience was excellent. The staff is consistently kind, attentive, and helpful.Niko, whom we met during our very first stay, truly stands out. He is always extremely professional, friendly, and polite, and by now he knows us well — always asking if we need anything and making us feel genuinely welcome.During our last stay, we also met Shahim, who assisted us with our luggage. He was very kind, efficient, and helpful, and his support was greatly appreciated.Our stay was exactly as expected — comfortable, smooth, and pleasant. The hotel’s location is excellent, and the staff’s professionalism and warmth are what make us return every time.

Awesome location, great room and brilliant restaurants. Location is is second to none, easy to wander and shop, then come back to the hotel for a rest.

There is an pancake shop inside the hotel entrance. It is quite crowded all the time.

No bar

The location was excellent, right across from St Stephen’s cathedral, Christmas market and shops. Subway station about 50 feet from hotel entrance. Staff, namely concierge and reception were very friendly and helpful.

Turned on the water faucet and there was no water! We were not given any notice of this. And this happened twice! Housekeeping was spotty. One of the 2 cleanings requested did not remove our used cups and coffee pods, and bathroom replenishments Breakfast had very limited menu. A kettle was provided in the room but not any tea bags so bring your own tea.

Location and an easy access to a nice shopping atea, cafes, restaurants and underground transportation.

Poor selection on breakfast included in the price.
