Great location, within a walking distance from the city centre. Clean rooms, well equipped, large and comfortable! The bathroom was also convenient and clean. The rooms were warm and water was always hot! Overall a great choice

There was a water leak from the shower and the water pressure was very low.

Decent room. The hotel is easy to access from the main station, with one bus that stops around the corner. The location is not too far from the city center, and nearby pubs, bars, and restaurants.

The room is quite small but is not bad for a solo traveler. Thin walls, you can hear neighbors watching TV or talking. Room rate is a bit high for the room size and hotel location but it is not too bad.

It’s in a good location and the hosts are very responsive and helpful. The room is nice and easy instructions

The bed comfort, room size, and complimentary items provided in the room were excellent. My friend and I stayed there during the winter months, and the room temperature was very good. In terms of location, since we had to transfer or walk a bit to get to tourist areas, I couldn't really tell if it was good or bad. You need to understand the self-check-in process well. The rooms are on the upper floor of the building, and there is a waiting area upstairs where you can wait. Then, you enter your password into the box to retrieve your key.

There was no problem other than the need for transfers.

The room was clean and felt cozy. The soundproofing is indeed poor, but it’s not too critical.

It doesn’t match the price–quality ratio — it’s rather overpriced.

The room is clean and the self check in is practical.

Uncomfortable beds and can hear the TV of neighbors late at night.

Everything seems to be perfect for us. Near tram station and Billa supermarket. Finding foods shouldn't be hard since they're within walking distance.

One of the bed had broken slats, they seem put temporary fix to it.

Very clean, close to the city center. Overall leaves a good impression.

There was a misleading note in the hall concerning the usage of bathrooms (inaccurate dates), I had to email the administration and it took them some hours to answer.I wish cleaning staff would not be that noisy at 7 a.m.

Difficult to highlight good points when after a long day of sightseeing unable to shower or wash being a basic room requirement.

Location was definitely a bonus. Everything was so close. We were able to check out various Christmas markets in Vienna because of the location. We had a coffee machine in our room too. Thank you

It was hard to open the door. Maybe that was just me (lol).

It was clean, also workers were nice, pleasant and were doing their work.

Check-in system was quick and efficient. Facilities worked. Free coffee and croissant on arrival. Working fridge and coffee machine. Located close to town centre.

A cozy bed with fluffy pillows invites you to rest, and the warm wooden furniture adds a touch of elegance and comfort. The shelves are neatly arranged with books and plants, bringing a sense of nature and tranquility to the space. Everything in the room feels perfectly organized, making it both a functional and peaceful retreat.

The room was clean and it was a safe neighborhood.

I felt the description of the property was not accurate. There is no staff during the daytime hours ( I knew it was self check in, but I thought that was after 3pm) and no good way to get ahold of someone in case of emergency. I arrived to a room with a broken toilet seat I had to repair myself. The coffee in the room isn't replenished, and when I went to use the machine in the kitchen, there were no pods to use. There was one duvet in the room, but no additional blankets for the cost winter nights and only four hangers for clothing. The shampoo dispenser also rusted off when I first went to use it. I will say the housekeeping woman was very kind, and clearly took pride in her work. I think she was an outside contracter. The neighborhood, although not super close to city center, was at least very safe. As a solo traver, cleanliness and safety are so important.... But if there's no way to stay warm, no coffee, and broken toilet seats, it's hard to be comfortable.

When entering the room there was smell of smoking, maybe from the shared bathroom ventilation. We encountered it 3 days in a row.

Excellent location.

I could hear loud people in the rooms nearby -- a problem only one day, as after that they probably checked out.
