The property was tucked away in a quiet area but still close enough to take public transportation. There was a bus stop a three minute walk away and then another fifteen minutes away. The concierge was incredibly helpful and got us everywhere we needed to go.

The hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood, the bed was comfortable, the bathroom and the room itself quite spacious. Breakfast was very good and the staff very friendly and accomodating. The S-bahn is about a 15 minute leisurely walk away, with trains running very frequently, so it's never more than 10 minute wait. Great place to stay, will definitely come again.

The hotel ambience was good but only draw back, it's far from city center.Rest breakfast, staff are very supportive and co-operative.

After 7 there was no one on the reception. They should hire night staff as well.

The location was perfect for my purposes. At peak hours traffic to the center of the city can get busy, so it is best to allow for 15-20 minutes more than what your route-planner proposes to be on time. The hotel is in the green-belt with family houses and a kindergarten nearby, so it is quiet at night, allowing for a good rest. The bed was comfortable, the room was spacious and the toilet was separate from the bathroom, which had a tub of a regular size.The lady at the reception was very kind and helpful, check-in was quick and check-out (which is handing over the key at reception while walking out) was even quicker.Parking is possible on the premises and the bays are also comfortably sized.

I would have welcomed the possibility to eat something warm for breakfast, but, unfortunately, they don't offer that. Although it didn't matter much to me as I had a morning start with business activities, but breakfast could also be served till a bit later than 9am on weekdays (I think it goes till 9:30 over the weekends, which could definitely be extended by an hour or so to provide for a slow start to the day).

Very quiet neighborhood and close to bus stop. Only 10 bus stops by bus to Schonbrunn. We really appriciated parking place for free. Nice breakfast, clean room, small fridge in the room is good idea. Nice and helpful staff.

Would be good to have a kettle in the room. A set for tee and cofee preparation.

Personal friendly, eager to help , very clean, big room , quiet neighborhood , closed to a bus station. free parking, room was cleaned daily.Breakfast not very vast but or 2-3 mornings should satisfy the needs. Other requests I have notices where fulfilled by the personal by request.

The internal air system support started while the light was turned on and was bringing all the smell from neighbors toilets into your bathroom or toilet

If you check in late you have to enter a code for the room key at the entrance. Our code was wrong. Breakfast is mediocre.

Breakfast was excellent. Location in Wiena also.

Maybe a kettle in the room with the possibility of making evening coffee.

The temperature was high no a/c no fan i ask for a baby crib and they didn't provide location is bad nothing to do around

We loved our stay in the hotel, the staff were super responsive, kind and overall accommodating. We felt welcome from our arrival all the way to our departure. The room was very clean and the beds comfortable. Kids both slept through the night which was a win on its own :) Breakfast was delicious and fresh.

Everything was great except the hotel is next to the road and it was a bit loud through the night as we had our windows opened. Not a dealbreaker tho.

Breakfast no fluffs but tasty and OK. Rooms clean and quiet, staff helpful. Free parking in the hotel backyard. Key-box at the entrance for a late check-in, outside reception hours.

Sleep quality was nonexistent since we were unable to sleep in those beds. They were squeaking at the slightest movement, but so loud that one could not fall asleep, once because you tied hard not to move, being afraid that the noise will wake up your partner, and secondly because you woke up from a doze off by your own noisy bed (or your partner's). We tried to have some sleep on the floor... It was awful! We told about our experience at the reception, maybe they will do something about it.

Very nice and professional staff, ready to help with everything I needed - giving good advice about the restaurants around, helping me with early check-in, and being very attentive. Given that is not very close to the city centre it also offers a better value for money ratio. I would definitely recommend it!

I picked this hotel because it was close to where I was delivering training, so from this point of view it was very useful for me. But it does take about 45 mins or more to get to the city centre by public transportation.
