The room was large and comfortable. Good shower, although a bit weird with the bath inside the room.The breakfast was exceptional and the staff was remarkable. Location is realy close to all the main attractions in the city and within a walking distance from the train station.

I don't know if it's applicable to all the rooms, but our room had an annoying noise that I think is related to the water pressure in the pipes.

The location is quite hard to find, especially on first visit. This is partly a me problem, but it's a little confusing how to get there.

Location, location, location! The bed was so comfortable and staff friendly- breakfast and afternoon snack were so enjoyable!

Breakfast was included and absolutely delicious. The staff were extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the area. Will be returning and recommending to all friends who visit Vienna. The apartment was roomy & the perfect place to sleep +4 people.

I think it's important to specify in the room type which bathtub it has. We got a bathtub without a hand shower and it was quite a shock and they changed our room.

The location was excellent! Close to many restaurants and subway. Really could not be better!!We had 2 rooms, on triple L and on Double XL. The L was of good size. The XL was huge. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Enough closet space. Our rooms were right near the breakfast hall, I was worried it will be noisy in the morning, but I was wrong- completely quiet.On the ground floor they have these lockers, where you can put your luggage if you arrive before check in or want to continue your day after check out without the suitcases.

The room felt a bit ‘cold’ and empty design-wise. Did not feel cosy. The TV is very small, and located inside the closet which is on the side of the bed and notIn front. We did not actually watch TV, but if you plan on it- it is definitely problematic and not convenient.Also, the bath-tub is closed by glass only a little bit, so water coming out all over the bathroom floor during each shower, having to place many towels on the floor to absorb. The bathroom has a make up enlarging mirror- it is stuck on a shelf above and behind the sink, in a location where you cant actually get your face close enough to use it for make up. I am rather tall, and had to stand on my finger tips to somehow reach it.

Small bathroom

The hotel was very nice, staff were amazing and helpful. There were so many cool features that they offer not to mention probably the best breakfast I had in Europe with the stay. Service staff was out of this world!!! Had the best stay!! Also the Buxbaum Restaurant was top notch! Great meal and service.

Room was a bit hot and didn’t seem like a/c was on? But so minor everything else was 10’s across the board!!!!

Our stay at the Bauxbaum Hotel was absolutely amazing! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The accommodation was excellent—clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed for a relaxing stay.Each morning started on a high note with a delicious breakfast that offered a great variety and quality. It was the perfect way to fuel up for the day.What truly made our experience memorable, though, was the staff. Every team member we encountered was friendly, helpful, and genuinely welcoming. Their warm hospitality added a personal touch that made us feel right at home.We highly recommend the Bauxbaum Hotel and look forward to returning in the future!

Good breakfast, good location.

Made double bed by sheeting two twin beds together. Not great for a married couple.
