Kolbeck Rooms

Spotless clean. Very comfortable beds. Excellent bathroom. 150 meter to the subway station. In a few restaurants and grocery stores area. Large size room.

Steep stairs to 2nd floor. Showerhead mount to the wall fell apart. Terrible wifi connection to my Android phone - kepp disconnecting every few minutes. 2 iPhones connection was okay. 4 subway station from the toristic historic area.

The receptionist was. nice and helpful. The heating worked well.

The room was not too spacy, sound isolation poor, the curtains covered only about one half of the window (see picture).

Spacious and clean room, nice staff. Very close to the central train station. The complimentary apples were really good.

VERY LOUD, a lot of construction outside, noisy neighborhood, PIGEONS are LOUD TOO! The windows isolate neither light nor noise. There were no window shutters! No elevator, and the staircase was stinky. There were no tissues, water kettle or water bottles in the room.

Overall is a good option for a cheap value. But didn´t feel that safe or that the space of the actual Rooms Kolbeck was nice. You get there and there will be the normal hotel and they put you in different rooms

The location is near the central station so it is ideal. The room is also spacious.

No elevator and AC. The room needs an upgrade.

Good location, 3 minutes to central station with all possible transportation. The building is right on top of a few restaurants and cafes. Very basic and spotless clean.

Note that the room we stayed in was at the back of the building and we had to carry our luggage up 2 floors since there is NO elevator. Make sure that this is not the case when you book.No AC, which can be very unpleasent in summer (but most places in Vienna have no AC..)Beds and pillows were too soft for me (personal taste, I don't think it is a big deal, really).

It was a nice room the staff was very very kind.

It was quite a bit from the city center. And the stairwell did smell really bad.

There is Kobeck Rooms and Kolbeck Boutique Hotel. Kolbeck Rooms are separate building . We upgraded to boutique hotel and that was the best decision. Very nice , clean , accessible and friendly Facility .

It is a boutique hotel, no 24 hour front desk .

False information on mobile view of property saying you will like Parking. They don't have a Parking and that is only reason why I choose this hotel. Drove 8 hours to find out that.

Location is fantastic, close to main station and metro station. A lot of food options in the area

It does not have any lift and their rooms starts from 2 floors, no hotel room on 1 floor, and ground floor has cafes and reception. Their is a strong mold smell once you enter the building which is very overpowering. The beds were literally steel rings covered with sheet! It was that uncomfortable.

It is located near the railway station, close to underground and shops.The room was spacious and clean, equipped with all the necessary things (itt would be great to have a small fridge but it was OK)

The room was warm, had good linen and nice bathroom. A kettle and cups was provided and appreciated. The location was very good with supermarket close by and good restaurants jyst down stairs. Card keys were easy for access.

The stairs leading to the room were stained and let the room down. If that was remedied the Kolbeck rooms would be excellent. One other small thing was the cups provided had no handles so were hard to hold with hot fluid in.

The hotel is close to the train station, there are shops and restaurants all around. The lady at the reception was very nice and helpful. The room was clean, large and pleasantly heated, the next day they came to clean and take out the trash. The price and quality ratio is great. The only minus was the missing curtains, which would have made the room cozier and especially, at night, the lights from the department store opposite shone directly on our bed.

Room was clean and large and close to most public transportation and restaurants. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Hair dryer wasn't functioning, noise on the street early morning

Super elegant design, the staff were super friendly and approachable, and the room was super clean.

The shower was inside the sleeping area of the room, not a big deal for a couple. However, if you don't take out the plastic plug from the drain, the room might be flooded. This thing cannot be identified immediately.

I liked that i was able to upgrade to the rooms that were renovated. Everything was new and clean. The location is great as well.

The room was a little a bit smaller than I expected.

The floor was dirty, even though it might be because it’s old you can always have flooring paper

They staff was really friendly, they even cleaned the room and gave us fresh towels.

They was a really disgusting stain on the carpet running from the bed to the bathroom, but everything else was okay.
