Good location close to the train station and shopping. Breakfast buffet was good value and nice variety.

Coffee machine in lobby was out of service and then made terrible coffee. Also no take away cups.

Breakfast - it's one of the best things we got in hotel.Room with windows to courtyard, it's quiet there. A lovely courtyard where you can have a coffee if the weather is fine,Hotel reception staff have been helping with every our question.Location is nearly perfect if you are going to visit a lot af sights.Everyday cleaning.

Room with windows to the street, it's quite noisy even is the night.

The room was clean and the bathroom was updated nicely.

The room was just functional and needed renovation and more room for clothes and some nice furniture. The elevator walls and door were in bad need of renovation.

It was near the train station

It seemed dirty. The restroom was small and you can barely move in the shower. The rooms are very small with not enough room for suitcases to be opened. The beds are extremely uncomfortable. The staff was not very welcoming.

Amazing staff, very good breakfast and proximity to the train station will make me book my next accommodation here!

Location

The bed was way too soft. Also, people were talking for 1 hour outside my window, and the staff did nothing even though it was 3 a.m. Very disappointing.

This is our fourth time at this hotel. Excellent hotel, large room, very clean, good location - a minute walk from a Westbanhof station. Varied and delicious breakfast.There is a free, 24hour coffee, tea and hot chocolate machine in the lobby.Highly recommended!

The location of the hotel is amazing if you are traveling to and from from the train. From platform to hotel one can go in two minutes. Rooms are excellent quality and have ample space for luggage storage. Breakfast is excellent. The staff is amazing. We had to go away for two days to Hallstatt and they kept our luggage, Great spaces like courtyard for relaxing are amazing. The coffee machine in reception is available 24 hours. Reception is 24 hours and very helpful. Check in and check out is very fast. I highly recommend this hotel where you cant go wrong.

The rooms are little small for three persons. There is no tea kettle in room. However reception coffee machine is available and has many options. Lift is little small but works well as there are not many floors in the hotel.

Wonderful location right across from train station and close to underground. Staff was great and breakfast was very tasty with a good selection.

Room was small but still quite comfortable and we didn't spend much time in the room anyway. They also had a large comfortable lounge

Perfect location (very close to bus, tram and train facilities), friendly staff, small fridge in the room, 7/24 free tea or coffee at the reception.

- Air conditioning was out of order when we checked in and was not repaired during our stay.- Very small elevator (for two)- Noise during the discharge of garbage containers each morning make the guests suffer who stay in the rooms facing the courtyard

The hotel was right next to Westbahnhof train station, and very close to Mariahilfer street (one of the the main shopping streets). The room was clean, bright and spacious, and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast was delicious where you can find both savory, high-protein and sweet options.

The bathroom was small and uncomfortable. The air-conditioner must have been installed recently in the room because there was a notice there according to which it couldn't be turned on yet.

The rooms were clean, staff is really friendly and helpful. There is a free coffee/tea machine available in the reception. Location is good.

There aren’t slippers for you to put on when you are out of shower but there aren’t any in most of the hotels anyway… so its okay
