- For me, it was convieniantly located for public transportation and attractions. The staff was very polite and helpful. Overall my stay was very enjoyable.

- The elevator was unavailable on the ground floor; I had to climb a flight of stairs with heavy lauggage to get to the front desk. There was no toaster in the restaurant; bread was hard and cold. The coffee machine was broken;coffee was almost cold.
- Garage was a little inconvient, but considering this is Vienna, it was a small issue.
