HPA Hotel Andreas

The hotel has a great location. It is centrally located and only a five minute walk from the airport bus stop. We have a beautiful room. Quiet and peaceful surroundings.

Location, facilities, staff and breakfast everything was good. when I arrived at night, the entrance was very dark and old, so I worried about this hotel, but inside the room is clean and the bathroom is modern.I really enjoyed my stay there.

As a budget hotel, I'm expecting it, the wall is quite thin, so I could hear people's voices. 2 nights were a bit noisy next door, I stayed 4 nights, so not so bad.

The friendly staff at the reception and location of the hotel to the U2 Rathaus for getting about Vienna.The breakfast was a nice addition to the stay. Also has a lift for anybody that requires it which was handy for my mother.

A decent hotel located very close to the main attractions. The room was very warm, which was great. The breakfast wasn’t particularly varied, but it was good and filling.

There’s no kettle in the room, and not even a bottle of water is provided, but you can get free hot water or cold water from a pitcher at reception. Tea and coffee are available for a fee. Depending on where your room is located, you may need to walk through a cold hallway to reach reception.The shower isn’t a separate room but rather an enclosed area within the bathroom – however, it works fine. The TV isn’t a smart TV and only has about 10 channels, all in German.Despite the central location, we mostly used public transport with a 24-hour travel pass, which was quite economical.

The bathroom was lovely and clean and the room was nice and warm. The location is good, not far from city hall and there's a nice Irish bar down the road and a great Italian restaurant nearby that does takeaway pizza too

The hotel is on the 2nd floor and you have to use the old lift unless you take the stairs. There is no coffee machine in the room but there's a fridge with drinks and snacks you can use in reception. The room however does have a fridge if you wish to place your own drinks in it.

Nice staff, clean and comfortable room, great value. Breakfast was great, hotel was quiet. A bit of a quieter neighborhood but only a short walk from attractions. Would stay again!

Room is nice, perfect for a family of four. Breakfast is good.

Little far from the Vienna's Main Train Station. About almost one hour if you walk. 20-25 minutes taxi ride (it depends on the traffic). Do not underestimate your travel time for you not to miss your train.

Good location, very kind and helpful staff, clean rooms and easy access. Full instructions for access were provided, and our bags were stored for the day well in advance of the check-in

Excellent location, close to transportation and an easy walk to many sites.

Rooms are basic, but clean and comfortable.

Wonderful hotel, located very close, within walking distance, of the town hall and other attractions. The room was clean, warm and quite spacious even for 5 people. Delicious breakfasts. Friendly staff. We spent most of our time walking around Vienna, but we felt very comfortable in the room.

The only unpleasant nuance - there was a smell from the toilet in the room.

The location is 7 mins away from the metro station, the area is calm and safe

Tbh it wasn’t clean, they only clean visible areas, I dropped sth under the bed and when i looked i was shocked it was all full of accumulated dust and dirt, the room was so small too. Tbh in europe for the same price i could have booked a better place, this was a bad experience, except for the staff, they were nice tbh

Hotel location excellent, clean comfortable rooms, perfect breakfast. I would suggest to add tea and coffee facilities to the room.

Paper walls. Big noise from neigbours rooms, due to absent isolation. Tragic experience.

We stayed at family unit. Unit is what i called Wien old charm. Very different ambience and i would say it was nice experience. Very good location and near to Rathaus ubahn station. Lift available. Problem fixed immediately during public hol.

Good for short stay.
