We spent 1 night here but everything was perfect, the location, the room and the breakfast was also great.

Location is great. Walking distance to MariaHilfer Strabe, near tram and terminal.

The rooms are in need of some renovation, The walls are pretty dirty.

Beautifully decorated and modern.

The area wasn’t the most comfortable - loads of strip clubs around.

The location looks new as well as the forniture. The breakfast buffet offer a nice selection of food. The staff is very friendly, I really appreciate how they interacted with us.

One night we ran out of shampoo/shower gel and I had to go to the reception to get it, the cleaning staff should pay more attention. They don’t have kings size bed sheets, I don’t agree on this choice.

The hotel was very clean. Bed comfortable and staff helpful and kind. The room was also nice and quiet. Location wise, it is a bit away from the city centre, but it is a nice walk to do. I think is quite close with tram / metro / bus anyway, but we always decided to move by walk. We got the package without breakfast because we wanted to explore, but the second morning we felt lazy and decided to get the breakfast. good value for money, wide range of food (savoury and sweet) and drinks (hot/cold). Overall a really pleasant experience.

Nothing really

We had a great stay at this hotel: a cozy, spacious room, a delicious varied breakfast, and friendly staff. It takes exactly 20 minutes to walk from the hotel to the Museum Quarter in a straight line, 25 minutes to the Hofburg, there are tram or bus stops nearby, and a metro station, and there are many grocery stores around. The hotel is located in a safe, quiet neighborhood. The room has air conditioning, you can adjust the temperature, you definitely won't freeze in winter) You can also ask for an electric kettle at the reception.

The water drain in the shower is small and the water may flow a little out of it into the room.

Lift didnt go all the way to top floor which was a little odd

This is a very vibrant and comfortable place to stay in Vienna! The location is pretty convenient, in a calmer area but still close to the center. Very charming personnel, especially Marco, a great guy. Rooms are in good condition, with high standards in everything. Also, one of the best breakfasts I've ever had in hotels. Certainly recommend this hotel, I will stay there next time I'm in town.

The parking garage was full, and is also expensive... 28 euros for 1 night at another parking 5 min away, we had backpacks and was fine, but is you have larges languages is not so easy. The room was a little noisy, hard to fall asleep.

Location, clean, staff & good breakfast

I loved the layout of the room, everything was very clean and well prepared, so were the communal spaces. A big thanks to Marko for checking us in so early and quickly, it really made a huge difference!!
