Is very well located, calm, next to the train and metro station and walkable distance from city center

Night lady recepcionist was very gentle and helpful

Great place to stay. The service is at a very high level. We are extremely grateful to the lady who was at the reception (unfortunately I forgot to ask for her name - with dark hair and glasses). Extremely kind, responsive and well-mannered.The breakfast was varied and delicious. On our way out, they prepared food for us, as we left very early.The room was extremely clean. The location is perfect. There is convenient public transport about 2-3 minutes from the hotel.I recommend it 100 percent!

Everything was great, stuff was very kind and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was rich.We were very satisfied.

The main quality of the hotel was the breakfast - with large variety of pastries, meat and fruits.

Somehow we suffered from smoke odor throughout the hotel - although not much in the room.Parking for car is very problematic - either you must pay 18E per day for hotel internal parking or desperately seek for parking in adjacent streets.

Big room and comfortable beds.

We got a room right behind the hotel sign, which was lit up all night.

The room was very clean . Check in was fast and easy. Good value for money.

No internet in room. In reception I was told that they had a problem. But it didn't solve during my stay there.

Nothing the place was hot as hell you couldn’t sleep only got 1 fan for 4 adults had to sleep with the windows open and let the bugs come in

Again not I will never stay are that hotel and no one would helpful the only time I like it when I was in the shower but that was 3x3 and the glass door didn’t stay in places so the water got the floor wet and no safety bar to hold onto

The staff, especially Barbara at the reception desk, we're very helpful and friendly. Barbara took the time to make recommendations for our first time in Vienna. She went above and beyond in her customer service skills and deserves a raise! The room was clean, the beds were comfortable, the breakfast was complete. We took an Uber from the train station and it was a pretty direct trip from station to hotel

The carpet in the room can use some updating

Location, room, decorations with Klimt paintings. Very distinctive.

Breakfast area feels cramped despite the wonderful garden exterior. It didn't help that a whole class of noisy and impolite middle-schoolers was there at the same time.

The staff were friendly. Near the hotel has public transport.

The toilet smelled bad every time the ventilation worked. The breakfast was average.
