- The hallways were filthy. Basics in the room were clean. However the walls and furniture were badly stained, the corners, mirror, surfaces & grout had not been cleaned for a long time. There was a LOT of street noise all night. I never met a staff person

- The room was next to a tram which seemed to noisily go by every 10 minutes or so even late into the night. The staff hardly expressed any happiness at my stay. Barely a good morning or any sincere greeting.
