Fantastic location in the centre of the city, near the cathedral, museums and the opera house. To be in such an amazing position at a reasonable price was perfect for me. I enjoyed the generous breakfast and the very friendly staff.

- the room is bigger than it seems to be in the pics - location is GREAT - breakfast for EUR 15 is great

- first day, the whole bathroom flooded, I had to remove the lid from the shower drain for the next days, but the whole bathroom was already wet (still a minor thing) - linens weren’t changed everyday / every other day

We were super early and they let us check in and use the room which was great after long journey. Nicely designed rooms in Vienese style, comfortable beds, great location close to everywhere, nice breakfast and the hotel is really a boutique one as there is not too many rooms. Highly recommend

Pillows could be more dense but that's a personal preference.

Room was large, the bed was very comfortable, the bathroom was new and gorgeous, location was perfect, the breakfast was amazing and the staff very friendly.

Lacking a real atmosphere. The breakfast room was not appropriate. For 25 euros, it prefer to go to a lovely and charming coffee. The bathroom was really small. Very pricy for what it was.

Clunky elevator as in old building. Note hotel is only on 3rd and 4th floors. Entrance can be missed easily.

The hotel floors are not easily accessible to people with disabilities. For example, it would be preferred that there were no stairs toward the elevator.

Located in the middel of the pedestrian area, 300 meters from the Dom, was perfect for us. It probably explains the 4 star rating. Good breakfast, very helpful and friendly staff.

The location of the hotel exactly adiacent to Kartner Strasse, so walking distance to the majority of the attractions.Very clean hotel, I appreciated the cleanliness of the bathrooms and rooms. And very important, confortable beds, after hours of walking visiting the city, this was a plus!

The room for 3 adults was spacious and the beds were very comfortable. Always had hot water for showers.

Even though the location is perfect, unfortunately it’s very noisy at night because of surrounding bars and the construction starting early in the morning. The hotel only provides a kettle for tea and instant coffee. They charge extra for lattes which we paid 39 euros for our 6 mornings. We thought that at the price they charged for the room, coffee should be complementary. On the negative side, there are no large bath towels only standard size.

The stay was very comfortable and walking distance from the city center and everything it has to offer. The room was clean and well maintained.

Aviano was a fantastic experience. The staff were friendly, pleasant and helpful. The rooms were very nicely furnished and the location couldn't be beat. I would definitely return.

The photos do not represent the actual situation accurately. even though it is listed as a four star hotel it was distinctly shabby. The entrance is a regular buildings entrance which is dark and not well maintained. the lift is tiny and also kind of dirty and shabby. the price is extremely high in comparison to how the hotel looks and feels.
