Pros +
- Staff were absolutely fantastic! Super helpful and friendly. They could not have been more helpful during our stay, whether it helping arrange a restaurant or assistance with the metro they were all really friendly and helpful.
- Breakfast, the staff was great, the rooms were clean, the location was amazing.
- Location is great, market opposite and 10-15 minute walk to most attractions and staff are friendly and always happy to help. Breakfast was good.
Cons -
- More pillows would be helpful but apart from that it was great.
- There was only the essentials, no extra pillows or towels in the room, no conditioner or lotion.
- The pillows were lumpy so had to put the cushion underneath the pillow for support. Only one small bin in the bathroom so would be good to have a bin in the room itself.

The staff was very polite and always willing to help, with a smile and professionalism. The breakfast was rich, with a wide variety of options and very good quality products. The room was spotless and very well maintained, which made the stay even more pleasant. In addition, the hotel’s location was very convenient for tourists, as it provided easy access to the main attractions and public transport. I would definitely choose it again and highly recommend it.
Nice breakfast and clean and comfortable. Very good location with great restaurants nearby. The staff were very nice.
The bed in my room, while a single, was quite narrow, and the room itself felt a bit like a university dorm or hostel. It didn't feel so cosy. But overall it was fine
Good location. Quiet. Good breakfast
Really hot in room and no controller
The bed, the bathroom, the establishment itself was wonderful and very close to the city centre and exceptionally close to the Nachtmarkt.
We did not know how the air conditioning system works, nevertheless, it worked perfectly, everytime we arrived at the hotel, the room was always warm, perfect for our winter visit
The hotel is about 15 minutes walk to the centre through some beautiful areas. There is a market opposite with bars, restaurants and local produce. It’s in a perfect location to enjoy everything Vienna has to offer.
Location, breakfast, staff
The bed in the room was too narrow. I know it was a single but it was still really thin. There was no ambient lighting. The room felt like I was at university or a hostel.
Nearby the hotel, there is a market place where you can buy local products. There are restaurants with great choices.
The elevator is a bit small for traveller with big luggage

Unfortunately, I was unable to enjoy my stay as much as I would have liked. While the concierge and the general staff were nice and very polite, I had a disappointing experience with the receptionist who attended to me, Davide. Furthermore, I wish I'd had the opportunity to enjoy the amenities more, but I was concerned about my security during my stay.
I had an absolutely traumatic experience at this hotel, specifically due to a receptionist named Davide. After my documents were stolen by pickpockets, I arrived at the hotel hoping for help. Instead, Davide was dismissive and told me that because I lacked physical ID, I would lose my reservation and my money.I went to Hotel Casati 18 nearby, where the staff was wonderful. They directed me to the local police, who were efficient and kind enough to issue me a temporary ID. With this legal document in hand, I returned to my original hotel to claim the room I had already paid for.Davide seemed angry that I had returned with a solution. After checking me in with a visible 'bad mood,' he took it a step further: he called the police and claimed I had presented falsified documents.I was harassed in my room and forced to come down to the reception to meet with officers. The police immediately recognized their own document, verified my identity via photos of my passport, and were clearly frustrated that their time had been wasted by the receptionist. As a gay Latino solo traveler, I felt clearly targeted and unsafe. Even Booking.com agents were so concerned for my safety that they advised me to barricade my hotel room door for the night. The rest of the staff were polite, but the actions of this one individual—who weaponized the police against a guest—made this the worst hotel experience of my life.
Location and breakfast were good.
The room was too tiny, didn’t have space to open my luggage.
Within walking distance of karlsplatz, the room was really warm enough, good we had bereakfast included, check-in at 2:00 PM with no waiting time. nice restaurants and cafes nearby.
Sleeper armchair slanted, double bed mattress leaning, window not insulated at all and very noisy… heard each train very loud, too tiny shower area.
Breakfast was so good. Staff were amazing.
Room was small but i think it’s okay for wien. Our sheets was dirty we wanted to change but the didn’t
It was very clean, location excellent and the breakfast was good. Room was spacious
