Urban Rooms Rathaus - Self Check-In

Location, bed was comfortable, there was a TV in the room. Self check in, code was easy. Clean, aside from a bad smell. No staff on site so I can't comment on that.

Coffee machine didn't work, and the room smelled terrible, musty, like old sweat. I couldn't find the source of the smell. Mattress? Overpriced for a tiny smelly room

Good location, cozy room.

The walls are very thin, we could hear whenever people entered their rooms.

Room 234 was clean, recent furniture. Beside parliament and votive church

The only thing missing os a fridge in the room but there is a commun fridge when you arrive on second floor.

It was a pleasant stay! The room was clean and the location was good!

Our room was at the end of a narrow hallway, other than that it was very good. And it was a bit of a walk to the central old town.

LOVED IT!!!! the place is super clean in a nice building, very well located in the center, good value for money, and nice spacious room with clear instructions. Loved everything about this place and certainly coming back...

Bed, shower and full size mirror are very comfortable/nice. Tiny, but nice decor. Quiet spot to sleep.

Cleaning quality could be much better. Shower floor is very slippery making it dangerous.

Room lock wasn’t working and I had to wait over an hour to have someone to fix it and it wasted our time as wasn’t able to leave until fixed.

The location is excellent, and the area feels safe. However, despite the overall sense of security, we experienced a concerning incident: the room door was left open by staff while all our belongings were inside. Fortunately, nothing was taken, but this kind of oversight raises serious concerns about security. So, while the accommodation is convenient and well-situated, attention to safety protocols should be improved.

Not worth the money. Very basic and not very clean. No fridge no microwave and no basic amendments

Great location, clean, easy check-in, no problems.

Great location, but not with a rental car (will get ticketed 100%). Very comfortable beds and bedding. Elevator working well, very quaint hallway and staircase to our unit. Nespresso machine in the room with cute coffee cups. A/C worked amazingly well.

Very small room (we were in a triple), and even tinier bathroom. No front desk person, no outside of the room facilities/amenities. The unit is in a hotel-ish (just a room really) conversion of a wing of this residential building. Construction began on our floor at 8am which was not only loud but toxic wall particulates/silica powder filled the air in the hallway for all the guests.

The property was good but self check in for me who was already anxious since my flight was canceled was not easy.y luggage was lost and I had no charger. No usb charger plug available. In us most room have a usb plug as well.I did not know how to use the soap.I did not know how to find my room.

That there was no one in the property to answer my questions.

Location good

The person we spoke to when we first made the reservation was very indifferent. Even though we specifically asked for a room facing the street, they gave us a strange room in the far back corner, facing the space between rear buildings. We were forced to stay there for 3 days. Our vacation was long. Later, we requested a room change, but they refused. It was only changed after someone else intervened and asked on our behalf. Also, there was no refrigerator at all, and the air conditioning barely worked.

The room is very top and comfortable (everything felt like new). The location is good.

Everything was great, maybe the water of the shower wasn’t hot enough but it’s a detail.

Very clean and it felt private.
