Hotel City Central

This was our first stay in Vienna, at the end of a month of being in Germany/Austria for work. Beautiful hotel and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Great location near the Zentrum/Old Town.

The Location was great and the staff were excellant.

Great location, subway and tram easily accessible at close distance. Walking distance to city center.Breakfast was beyond expectations, with variety for all tastes. Bed is good. Hotel staff is polite and helpful.

Rooms could use some updating, but in general no complaints

The room was very small and the single bed wasn't very comfortable.The shower water temperature was very hard to adjust, causing the water to be either boiling hot or freezing cold, and the water temperature changed suddenly and significantly a few times without any adjustments on my end.

The bed was extremely comfortable, great heating, amazing staff. The location is very helpful if you’re using public transportation. The view from my room was also really beautiful!

A very minor issue was the sound insulation. If you happen to be unlucky enough to have noisy “neighbors” you’ll probably have trouble ignoring them. But overall most travelers were very respectful

The location is excellent. Staff were super friendly, polite, attentive, and willing to help. Small hotel but it is very nice. Highly recommended.

Amazing hotel with no less amazing staff. As a solo female traveler (also Jewish) I felt very safe and welcomed here. The room was perfectly clean every day and I had enough space for a luggage and all other stuff. Must mention that the door had a security chain too which added to my sense of safety. The breakfast was satisfying and tasty and is served until 10:30 which was great for a sleepyhead like me. In 3 min walk there is a metro and tram station and in 13 minutes of walking you already are in the center near St. Stephen's Cathedral, plus near hotel there are supermarket and some cafes. Also I had an unexpected flight delay in a day and fortunately I was allowed to stay in my room as well, a very kind man on the reception really saved the ending of my trip. Next time in Vienna in Hotel City Central only!

Sometimes I heard other tenants in rooms but it didn’t really bother me

The staff of the hotel was absolutely helpful and charming. They were very helpful even if they did not know English that well. Would love to come back and stay again

The room walls are quite thin and the loud noises for neighbors' room were a bit loud. The hotel should invest in sound proofing the rooms. I understand people like to enjoy on holidays however it is responsibility of the hotel to make sure the other rooms are not disturbed. But other than that, everything weas perfect.

The location of the property was excellent We had a lot of space with two TVs and two toilets one heated.. The bed was comfortable. The couch was comfortable in closet. Space was spacious..

The apartment was hot. The heat was overwhelming. We had to open up windows to cool it down. The good thing was we were able to open the windows.

The location was decently accessible and the staff were very professional. Rooms themselves were slightly dated - had some issues with the shower but apart from that generally comfortable. Breakfast was very good.

Great location!! Very friendly staff they gave sus directions to places to see, lent us an umbrella just really kind and helpful. Breakfast was good. A wonderful stay

Great staff and nice hotel, you could walk to the centre and park your car nearby. Also shops are in very close range. My room was on the 3rd floor (single room) with a refurbished bathroom, comfortable bad. Breakfast was nice and the waiters were extra polite. Orange juice and coffee was original. eggs also (not from powder).

The walls are a little thin, but that is common in hotels.

Convenient, clean, with great staff

Generally very helpful staff, worthy of raises. Helpful about grocery store next door for evening check in. Help about tourist information and information about using trams. Good breakfasts.

Nothing I didn´t like. The room was a bit small, but I was alone, so that all worked out okay.

Hotel is beautiful and customer service is great. Breakfast is excellent.

Parking is quite expensive and the rooms are extremely small. Feels claustrophobic. The toilet is a bit dated and some issue with sewage that smells bad.

Totally I like to trip Vienna, about this hotel i would to say : Breakfast was perfect , my room was good and clean but my window was in front of building , Staff were very friendly and polite .
