Modern, beautiful and quiet!

The heating system, while dedicated to being environmentally excellent… takes so much time to cool down! It was hard to adjust…

The room is spacious, and its layout makes me feel more like I’m at home than in a hotel. Everything is spotless, and it’s conveniently close to the transit center.

The water pressure of the shower could be better.

Very good breakfast (and coffee), very pleasant kitchen staff and front desk staff. Nice rooms and lighting. Close to public transportation.

The bed is a bit small, and the pillows could be more comfortable. Elevator is a bit slow, but not a big deal

Room size was excellent, also the bathroom, great floor heating. Great sound isolation from the street. Breakfast superb. close to Tram and U-Bahn, super close to Prater.

Not much for children to do, no space for play.

It wasn’t clean, we found foreign socks under the bed.it was inconvenient with the baby stroller

The size of the room was great, it can consume 2 adults with 3 kids easily. The location is pretty good, especially if you have kids, it's 8 min walk from the attraction park, the staff is very friendly and is helping with all you need. The breakfast is super great !!

It's a little far from the old city and the attractions, but that's a small price to pay comparing to the advantages.

Great location near the train station and city center. Wonderful breakfast, quiet and clean, would stay there again.

Nice Boutique like hotel. In a perfect place away from the craziness of the city center. But so close to 2 train stations to get you in and out of the popular areas in minutes.

Location close to Prater Park area. Train station at walking distance. Many restaurants options. Supermarket and pharmacy close by as well.

Nice, peaceful and a very clean Hotel!We had an incredible stay. Very friendly and pleasant people in the staff, especially the Polish girl at front desk (don't remember her name, sorry)Value for money and wonderful useful location, not far from the center, walking distance to the nearest metro station, 2 stations up and you are there, in the heart of Vienna. Very comfortable and 30-35 minutes drive to the airport.Nicely located, everything in the vicinity or not far from the hotel.Thank you Guys!

Breakfast could have been more vegetarian friendly :)

A small yet stylish hotel. Everything was lovely. Spacious rooms and comfortable beds. The staff were very kind and friendly. Our child received a small surprise upon arrival and even I was surprised with a small gift on my birthday.

I guess the only thing would be location although it’s well connected to public transportation and the city center is only a few stops away

Beautifully designed, clean and comfortable, high quality bathroom fittings. Excellent breakfast with hot and cold food including a selection of spreads and breads, vegetarians are catered for.

As a non-smoker (never) I found the omnipresent odour of cigarette smoke throughout the hotel very unpleasant. This was despite the hotel’s instructions to smokers to smoke outside. The smell of smoke was even in my bedroom. About 10 steps to the reception area but staff were helpful getting my suitcases up those steps. A gym or other exercise room would be nice.
