Graben Hotel

Attentive staff. Old world charm. Steps from St. Stephen's Cathedral and walking distance to so many attractions. Never took an Uber!

Location was excellent. The hotel staff was very polite and helpful. The hotel is safe, clean, and well kept.

They shut the air conditioning off when the temp hits a certain point. This means you have to open the window which allows for street noise and humidity. I would rather set the temp for what i find is comfortable.

The hotel is clean, location is excellent in the center of Vienna. Staff are helpful. The restaurant in the hotel is nice and recommended, I had dinner there, it’s Austrian-Italian cuisine. If you look for excellent location then this is the hotel.

Room is small but kind of enough for one person. The room has an actual key (not card) where you have to give the key when you leave the hotel and asks for it when you come back. But the reception is 24hr available so no hassle at all to ask for the key.

Super location. In the heart of the city center, steps from the main plaza. Yet quiet in the room. And easy walking distances to restaurants and museums.

Awkward location for toilet paper dispenser. Suggested to staff to relocate it as it was too easy to bump into.

The location was excellent.

The lock was complicated.The room temperature was hard to adjust.

Location and breakfast was good. Breakfast had a good variety and opened at 7am. The room was spacious and was furnished with vintage furniture.

A little noisy with restaurants right out front of your window. Can also hear toilets flushing from other guests in the hotel. The bed was a little hard, z mattress topper would help. The room could use some updating it looking a little warn.

Ok recognizing it’s an old building… AC not very efficient or reliable to temperature. Little flies that jump (not bed bugs.WiFi was not very good. Sometimes it worked. I always had to turn off my iPad then turn it back on and hope to get a connection.If I have a meeting I could lose my connection mid meeting.The bad was too soft… bad back each morning.

the receptionist called Atife was extremely rude Upon check-in.he spoke down to us and had a serious attitude problem. I would not recommend the place at all due to the bad customer service

LOCATION! It was within walking distance to every attraction on my list.the staff were very friendly and showed concern about my coFort and well being.

The room is small, there is not fitness room or pool as there is in new hotels, but I really shouldn’t expect such amenities in vintage hotels in downtown Vienna.

Breakfast was very poor, limited options, you can have much better options from outside restaurant with lower money.
