City Pension Stephansplatz I Self Check In I AC in all rooms

I liked the location; it's in the center of Vienna, near the main train stations, shopping centers, the cathedral, restaurants, and the Danube.

The bathroom was very small with no windows, and the pension was quite noisy.

The location was very good

There was an extremely strong smell in the room, even after opening the windows it wouldn’t go away and made me feel nauseous. My clothes even smelled like it when I got back from the trip

I had a lovey stay at Pension City in Vienna, the place is warm and comfy. Its just two minutes walk to the city center and the heart of Vienna and the metro station. Easy to check in and check out. Also I have arrived earlier than my check in time and they allow me to check in.The staff are answering all my questions directly on Whatsapp 24h.Recommended for everyone wants to discover Vienna.

The location is exceptionally close to all main attractions. Staff, although not physically present on site, provided excellent advanced communication and was very, very easy to reach.

Very small room for 4 (description was deceptive).Bathroom was the size of an airline toilet - Just enough space to standRequested a superior room. The room barely had any space to walk (had to place suitcases on the floor) - crammed 4 beds into a small room. Paid $1000 for 3 nights for this

The location, high ceiling and cleanliness of the room were great. The staff was very responsive and helpful.

Ridiculously noisy!!!! Really bad sign when they leave u ear plugs on the night table upon check in. Right above a bar. Lots of street noise.

City Pension is located extremely close to the city center and stephanplatz, making walking around and touring very easy. The staff was available via the phone at the counter or WhatsApp and assisted when needed.Checking inn was easy and the rooms are quite large.

Sometimes there was no hot water in the showers and the room had a certain slightly unpleasant odor to it, probably coming through the toilets (which used an automated pump of sorts).Housekeeping woke us up at the morning of checkout, which we didn't request and was slightly annoying.

The location is excellent. As for breakfast, I have no comments since they don’t serve breakfast. The hotel does not have a reception, which was something I overlooked. If you’re planning to leave your luggage before or after check-in/check-out, this is something to keep in mind.

When opening the windows, there is noise coming from the restaurant below. Besides, when you enter the building and head toward the floor where the hotel is located, near the elevator, there is a kitchen with a very unpleasant smell.

Fantastic location, historic architecture and interesting self check concept. Met all our needs in a clean comfortable space.

Although clean, the washroom was very small and if you are a large person you may find using the toilet or entering the shower a bit of a challenge but all in all a minor inconvenience.

Location was great for visiting tourist spots.

Pillow wasnt comfortable. Can be noisy in the mornings.

Very good location. Very close to some tourist areas but still in a quiet street so you can have a peaceful rest and sleep at night.
