Adagio Vienna City Aparthotel

Great location. Near several transit lines, lots of restaurants, and not too far from major sights.

Room was very warm. We were on top floor in an attic type room so had to be careful not to bump your head. Kitchen very small. Suitable for breakfast and reheating but not really for cooking.

Very spacious room, clean and in a very good location. Also very affordable. It was much cheaper than other hotels we looked at, and much better than them.

Transportation right out front!

Good location and helpful staff

There was no exhaust fan for cooking and the windows were not able to be opened at night. Our air conditioner was also not working and the only option offered to us was for the staff to open the windows during the day.

Excellent location, clean facility, friendly staff.

The temperature in room was very low for January, the heating system wasn’t work properly , the water pressure in the shower was very low. We arrived to hotel at 13:00 o’clock and asked if possible to receive the room , the administrator answered that it will cost us additional 15 euro. I think it’s not fairy. We will not stay in this hotel next time.

The poor breakfast..Should have more variety like some fruit slices and vegetables.. egg omelette.. different cheeses.. not to the value..

Kichenette. The lovely lady who works in the breakfasts room - best part about the the stay - helpful and smiling at all times despite so many people staying there. You should give this lady a pay rise!

The location was excellent , quite close to the centre Vienna altogether is beautiful

The shower drain was blocked and water kept overflowing the shower tray.

Elevator out of service

The location of the hotel was very close to the historic center of Vienna and the central railway station. The room was spacy and comfortable. The kitchenette included a nespresso machine and a water boiler, which both was helpful to us for preparing a cup of tea of coffee. In general, our accomodation to the hotel was awesome.

Great location, staff extremely friendly and helpful, had everything we needed including gym & access to laundry. Breakfast was fabulous and the lady looking after us was amazing, so lovely & friendly

Loved the hot Mulled Wine ? in the lobby during the evening. Nice touch, it helps make for a relaxing evening before bed.

Not a lot of restaurants in the area within walking distance. We managed, using public transportation.

Location is perfect. Train stop right outside connects u to everything. We got room 415 which overlooked the Danube. The views are underrated. It’s so beautiful I’m surprised I din see much mention of it in the reviews. The staff is really friendly and helpful. We were in a 1 bed appt which is surprisingly spacious by European standards.

No tea in the room which was strange given they had coffee. The cleaning is just once a week which is too less. Shud be atleast every alternate day given the price of the room.
