Balcony and room very clean

Staff weren't a single bit helpful when I phoned up about an issue

The breakfast and the breakfast room are great. The room was comfy and very silent.

The closest metro station is not that close.

Located just a five-minute walk from Parliament on a quiet street. Several good Austrian restaurants, cafés, shops, and historic sites are nearby. The hotel is housed in a typical Viennese turn-of-the-century building, with spacious rooms, an especially comfortable bathroom, and a pleasant view of the inner courtyard. Breakfast offers a very good selection of local specialties. Overall, excellent value for money.

The breakfast was really good with lots of options.

Room was a bit small, but we didn't spend much time in the room, so that wasn't very important to us.

The Location was perfect for my stay. The Room was tiny but charming, i liked it very much. The Breakfast was delicious with a good selection and the staff was very kind.

The location was fantastic to reach all the Christmas markets by walking. Very close to all the major attractions. Great staff and great breakfast. Quiet neighbourhood.

The location is in a place that is very easy to get around by bus or train.The room had a big porch with a fantastic view of the lake and mountains.Room was a good size very clean,the hotel supplies water bottles every and also they give you a card for local bus and train service.European breakfast good way to start your day,along with a very nice staff to help you with what ever you need. We most likely will stay in this hotel again next year because it was so enjoyable.

We did not stay long enough

Very comfortable bed in the apartment, I liked the windows and the kitchen space. Good breakfast.

The shower didn’t drain at all and you could do about 3 minutes of shower before it flooded the floor. We asked them to come fix and it wasn’t fixed at all. Also the wifi barely worked in our room which is where we needed to do research and plan our day. Loud construction sounds going on during the day.

The location is perfect. You can reach each central place on foot by 15-30 minutes

But I would recommend to add air fryer to the rest room, a little fridge in the room and also, when cleaning the room would be nice to open windows to refresh the air. Everything else were perfect for this price

Lovely traditional hotel for those who don't like large and impersonal hotel chains. Good location about a 20 minute walk to the centre of the city and just a 5 minute walk to Rathaus metro station. We found an excellent restaurant a few minutes walk away.

Our room was a little small, I'd maybe upgrade from a standard double if we visit again.

The room was very big and clean. The breakfast has variety of foods and everything was very tasty.

Very noisy in the street at 6am! But price you pay for staying close to the centre.

Excellent location, pleasant staff and comfortable rooms. Breakfast is also quite varied. I definitely recommend it.
