Nice design, good vibe, cheap parking (8€ per day). Very nice asian restaurants near the hotel. Station for U-ban (U3 metro) is very near and you can go everywhere. Everything is self service.
Small rooms, if you have two big suitcase you can not open in on the flor. Small closet, you can not put all staff for two person in it. If somebody prefers, just to know buy water for room - there is no mini bars in the rooms. Breakfast is not that good for that money (40€ for two), you can eat on the next corner for less than 40€ for two. If you like more help from the staff do not choose this hotel, c-in and c-out is self service (you need to do it by your own). Also, something was buzzing on the TV extension cable, so we turned off the TV. If you are not that conformist, and just need clean and cool rooms, this is perfect hotel for you.
Atmosphere was good, with small hint to music theme. Staff was very friendly
Shower /toilet lay out. Needs entering the shower through a separate toilet .
24h reception/bar was amazing. Also nice tea/beverage point on 5th floor. Breakfast was really good too.
Bit noisy room. No fridge in room.
Nearby public transport and walking distance to the main city. Appreciate that we could check-in early and the room upgrade. Room was clean and modern.
The tea and coffee were not in the room itself, and the shower did not drain properly which flooded the toilet area next to it.
Great design and a bit quirky. Staff weee excellent
Location bit tucked away but that could also be a plus
I booked a double room through Booking.com for three nights at €110 per night (without breakfast). While the price was reasonable for the central location, the booking was non-refundable and non-changeable, and our stay was after the New Year period, when rates are typically lower.Despite extensive travel experience, this was one of the most unexpectedly poor hotel stays I have had—particularly surprising given Vienna’s reputation for hospitality. The first room (548), despite a confirmed request for a quiet double room, was one of the noisiest in the hotel, facing the main road. The bed was unsuitable for two people, with one side blocked by a wall and the other by a plastic curtain, forcing guests to climb over it. The room was extremely small and featured a highly unusual layout, with a glass-enclosed shower and another glassed-enclosed toilet units while the sink located in open near the bed—something I have never encountered before. After raising these issues, we were moved the next day to a larger and quiet room at the back of the hotel (541). While more comfortable, the hygiene concerns were even more troubling. The toilet and shower were again placed in separate glass enclosures by the entrance, with the sink in an open area opposite, requiring unnecessary movement between spaces and contact with multiple surfaces. This layout raises serious hygiene and design concerns. The biggest shock came on the second day, when we returned to find the room had not been cleaned at all. We were then told that we had supposedly chosen free drinks instead of daily cleaning during digital check-in—an option that was never explained to us. The staff implied this was our fault, which was both frustrating and unacceptable.Given the above, a full refund is the only reasonable compensation for this experience.
everything really!
Location and room
One of the staff was rude and attack us over a coffee and another one gave us miss information regading parking and told us thyere is no restaurant open the night we arrieved while there were 2 restaurant under the hotel both open!
I am aware that housekeeping is a demanding job. That’s why I always leave a tip! However, always when I came back to the room, it was not properly cleaned. The bed was not made nicely, there was dust and tissues were not replenished, despite me showing they were empty. Disappointed experience…
Great location, just a 5-minute walk from Wien Mitte station, making it very easy to get around the city. The room was spacious and comfortable, even with a baby cot.Modern, stylish design with great attention to detail, including a Marshall speaker.Very kind and friendly staff.Excellent cocktail bar in the hotel lobby
Absolutely nothing everything was perfect
It was a good clean room & well maintained. Felt the location was good. Staff were helpful. Liked the shower!
Being connected to the leisure centre made it feel a bit corporate and the price seemed somewhat on the high level.
Charming and cozy hotel with an amazing bar. Location is beyond perfect - excellent for exploring Vienna by feet. The CAT last stop is just 600 m away.
Beautiful hotel - lovely lounge and reception area. Beautifully designed bedrooms with comfortable bed and great waterfall shower. Hitel is in a wonderful building full of history and close to transport links. Staff friendly and accommodating.

Central location and room had enough space for our bags and lift access, comfortable bed, quiet location,Easy walk to nearby Wien Mitte train station and restaurants nearby, easy access the central city area either walking or train.
First night the reception was a little rushed however we arrived late around midnight,
Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful . Always happyBed was comfortable Good choice for breakfast although a little expensive
Water pressure not strong enough for shower to work No tea/ coffee in room
Good location for getting to/from airport. Easy walk into the busier areas. Cosy atmosphere in the lounge area. Friendly staff.
The breakfast setup is poorly thoughtout. Buffets are always a bit hectic but the layout funnels everyone into a single tight space at the end of the room for everything. There is a bit of confusion on where to sit also. Leaving people meandering around, half asleep still, working out what to do.The shower/toilet setup is also a little odd, having to walkthrough the toilet to get into the shower. Our room have the sink in the main room meaning you had to come out of the toilet to wash hands etc.
Just location
Hi,I’m following up on my previous message from over a week ago. I arrived in Vienna on 28 November, and since that day — despite multiple messages sent to Customer Service — I have not received a single response. Considering the seriousness of my complaint, this lack of communication is extremely concerning.I also want to mention that I contacted Customer Service immediately upon entering the room, and you can verify this by checking the timestamps of my messages. The issues were reported from the moment I checked in.We arrived for a three-day stay, and this experience completely ruined our mood. It was our first visit to Vienna, and this hotel was the most expensive of the four options we considered for these dates. The photos looked beautiful, but the reality did not match them at all.To summarize the issues:•I was given the worst and most neglected room in the property, in a condition absolutely inappropriate for guest accommodation.•The room was dirty, with a damaged, worn-out floor, and scratched, chipped, and neglected walls.•The room felt completely destroyed and unmaintained, and the hotel, in my opinion, had no right to check in any guest — especially me — into such a room.•There was construction directly outside the window, causing constant noise and an unpleasant view.•The windows were not full-height as shown in the photos, only half-size, making the room significantly darker and less comfortable.•The shower was broken, and several elements in the bathroom were not functioning properly.•There was no fridge, no slippers, and none of the basic amenities normally present in a 4-star property.•The amenity kit contained nothing — no cotton pads, no basic essentials, nothing expected in a 4-star hotel.•The bed and bedding were extremely poor quality — old, uncomfortable, and far below the hotel’s claimed rating.•Even the ironing area in the corridor was old, worn-out and unacceptable.
