    Pros +

    • The hotel has been beautifully maintained and is in a fantastic location. The hotel staff were friendly and very attentive, going above and beyond to make us feel welcome during our visit to celebrate my wife's birthday.
    • Hotel Sacher is in a great location close to every touristic attraction, shopping and restaurants. The hotel is very well maintained, great staff, beautiful rooms and very clean. The breakfast is very good and at night the bar and drinks are amazing as well!
    • The quality of everting

    Cons -

    • Nothing really, our flight was delayed and so the only downside was not arriving earlier.
    • The beds or better today the mattress are very soft and you sink in it, not very good for back or to have a good night sleep. The pillows also need to be better as I had to put 3 pillows to make up for one.
    • The price, the size of the room, and the emergency test were all issues.I had to wake up three or four times to switch off the lights during the test. The test took place between 12:00 and 2:00 a.m., which is deep sleeping time for me.This was a very bad situation. Because of it, I had to sleep until 10:00 a.m. I only had three nights in Vienna, and this ended up being a wasted day for me. ?‍♂️

Given price/rate and reputation the room shows way too much patina (switches, sockets,…). A bad smell from the sink and an „always on“ AC/heating doesn’t help at all.

The decorations, design, details are out of this World. The breakfast, the food is amazing. The rooms are beautiful. The Sacher torte is delicious. But most the hotels can have the things I metioned. What most hotel miss to have is the exquisite staff. This hotel deserves to be and is one of the best hotels in the World because of their entire team

    Superb decor!

Elementary but for attention. Shampoo & Conditioner containers in the bathroom in 105 were interchanged.

Everything was above and beyond our expectations. Our room was quiet and peaceful and all of the staff were very accomodating. Alexandre Dimitrijovic at the breckfast buffet was particularly kind and professional and Dimitris at the Rote Bar helped make our evening dinner very special. Thank you, Sacher Wien, we look forward to seeing you again.

    Everything was perfect.

The hotel is the epitome of old world luxury and Viennese charm. The staff are incredibly gracious and kind. The location is in the heart of the inner city with views of the opera house and cathedral and within walking distance to many of the famous sites. It's busy all around the hotel yet inside it's quiet and peaceful.

Great location, exceptional service and spacious rooms, lots of closet space that I have not seen in other hotels, an actual walk in closet with plenty of drawers, hangers, etc.

Our stay was wonderful from start to finish. Beautiful rooms, kind and helpful staff, as well as delicious food. The Hotel Sacher was an amazing place to stay in Vienna and we hope to return in the future.

    We liked everything.

Hotel Sacher is culture rather than ‚just‘ a hotel. Every member of their staff is professional and gives you best possible care. We have spent wonderful girltime with my best friend and felt like princesses ❤️

I would wish that guests would show a bit more respect and appreciation towards the history of the place, the care and effort of every staff member and dress properly

Location, interesting interior design, nice rooms looking very premium with tall ceilings. Room size is a bit small but the tall ceilings help feel a bit better. Great staff offers support at every stage - makes you feel really nice.

Mattress was not comfortable: looks old, too soft and losing shape making it quite bad to sleep on. For the price of the room I find this unacceptable. Been in a few different rooms - all the same. Price of breakfast is too high even for this type of property - personal opinion.
