Location and design

Nope!

The room was large, the view of the street was fine. The bed was comfortable. It was very clean, there was coffee, tea, slippers, water on the house. The personnel very respectful. The location was great!

It was very hot in the room when we arrived, but we switched the heating off and opened the windows, than it was fine. Slightly scuffed floor, but still looks ok.

The location. The room size. The room was clean.

The staff, the treats, the location, and the comfort of the room were all excellent. Everything was top-notch. The staff were attentive and welcoming, the amenities were thoughtfully prepared, the location was very convenient, and the room was extremely comfortable, making the overall experience truly enjoyable.

Great value for money, good localisation (10 min walk from the old town center). Parking near by, very helpful staff. Clean rooms.

you did not notify me that the elevator was not functioning, I had to walk 4 floors for breakfast.

Central location.

I made a online checkin and I chose a room on 5th floor with a view. When I arrived I was handed a key from a room on 2nd floor facing inside the yard. It was explained to me, that the elevator is not working, so this is a mega upgrade to a family room. Ok, I took it. Room was ok, bed uncomfortable and at 6 a.m. I was woken up by the works in the building. First with a hammer banging into something, then from 7 a.m. with a drill. Not a great stay at all... :(

Right in the center of things! Big room with wood n floors.

Elevator was broken, coffee machine didn’t work, website said „gym and sauna“ but was totally small and not at all what we expected

Perfect location, couldn't be better, nice and big room, I will return in my next travel to Vienna.

Very Noisy because of constructions early morning, street noise, elevator far away from reception, one elevator only, very narrow corridors, no conceirge, very small lobby, and car parking location and price

There are renovations at the nearby H&M, the noise starts very early and continues throughout the day. We were not told about it.

The location, clean, size of the room

While booking the room it shows that it has ac but it in reality it doesn’t work in winter, it turns automatically into heater. However they offered a fan, but still it wasn’t comfortable.Also a strange women entered to my family’s room by mistake and this is so unsafe, the women asked the housekeeping to open to her the door because she forgot her card and then she entered my family room!!

Noise from substantial drilling and building works from 7am and all day causing significant loss of enjoyment

Hotel should offer a bigger discount for the noise, interruption and loss of enjoyment

Very helpful receptionists. We had the misfortune to lose on a train from Salzburg a bag containing our passports. The receptionists helped me to register the loss with ÖBB Lost & Found. The bag was found after two days. The room was large with a comfortable bed and excellent shower. We've stayed in NH hotels before and found them stylish, pleasant and comfortable.

Kitchenette poorly equipped. No cooking utensils, no pans, no dishcloth or drying-up towels, although I understand these could be requested. But there was a serious problem of noise - banging and hammer drilling - from shop fitting next door throughout our 4 day stay, starting as early as 0615 in the morning. Out of the hotel's control, but unacceptable. I asked for, and received, a 25% refund on the total cost of our stay. Storage space was surprisingly limited given the size of the room; had to keep many of our clothes in suitcases on the floor.
