Excellent location, wonderful staff, spacious and comfortable room with great amenities, sumptuous and delicious breakfastr

The staff was so kind and lovely and the woman at the front desk was kind enough to upgrade me so that I could get checked in right away after a long red eye flight. I am so appreciative!

Everything is new and fresh. The bed was huge. Excellent mattress. Very quiet in the room even though we faced the Ringstrasse. Super convenient to the Opera, the Hofburg , the Museum Quartier, and the U Bahn at Karlsplatz.

Breakfast was 29 euros so we skipped it.

The location was just perfect, the Opera, Museums, lovely cafes and shopping areas. Very ideal location for first time tourists. The hotel staff were also amazing. Big thank you to Elvis and Nicole who took really good care of us during breakfast. The breakfast buffet display were exceptional so was their service. Made our stay memorable.

They clean the rooms very late — until four in the afternoon we couldn’t return to the hotel and rest properly.There’s no variety at breakfast, and they’re slow to refill trays once they’re empty.In my opinion, it’s not worth the price at all.

Location was convenient to everything. Although we did have a car, we found free street parking a n d walked everywhere. Very clean and safe, with courteous and friendly staff

Exactly what we needed for a short trip: excellent location, easy access to sights and public transportation. The room was exceptionally nicely designed, spacious, and comfortable. Despite the hotel facing a main road, the room was also quiet. Front desk was helpful.

Breakfast was a bit expensive, but this is a common issue with hotels in general.

It was beautiful- rooms elegant and clean. Loved having Nespresso. Loved our balcony. Great mattresses and linens. Fantastic shower. We loved the staff - so gracious and helpful. Lovely people .

Would like to have had a kettle

O11 was fancier than expected! It was very clean and well-kept. The location was excellent as we were so well-located to walk to many sites in Vienna. The staff were so helpful with information on restaurants, shops, and a rental car that we needed rather last minute.

Couldn't control airconditioner which made it stuffy. Breadfast was too expensive at the hotel, but Cafe Aida(one of the most famous in Vienna) was only a few doors down.

The property was centrally located, clean and the staff were excellent. The restaurant and breakfast were exceptional as well.

The hotel was extremely quiet clean good size rooms and the beds, bellows and the toilet were super excellent reception staff - specially Majdaleen- were friendly and helpful Location is the best in Vienna

Only the housekeepers need to improve their work and smile but it didn’t affect my enjoyment the hotel
