- Location was good for nearby things to do, groceries. Public transportation was also good to get around. Price seemed right for what you get.
- Best breakfast with the most variety of any place we've stayed on our trip
- Personal touches everywhere, including the instruments, Victrola, etc. and the obvious care that was evident in the common rooms, individual rooms and the garden. and the apple strudel!
Cons -
- The Hotel has central AC but they have a policy of not turning it on until July. It was 90f / 33c in Vienna in June. It was miserably hot in our room. We would have moved to another hotel if there were vacancies. Would not have booked here had we known

Most exiting was music on every step, since you checked in. From Classical radio channelIn the room till live music Sunday morning at the breakfast room!
Breakfast was excellentWe also liked the live classical music at breakfast

Very good food. We also liked that there was live music during breakfast—a pianist and violinist played popular classics. It was very nice; we haven't seen anything like that anywhere else.
The bathroom is not very convenient. The jacuzzi is nice, of course, but it is small and uncomfortable even for me, a person of small stature. I can imagine how uncomfortable it would be for someone larger. There was no shower head holder, so you had to hold it with your hand. The hotel advertises a SPA, but as it turned out, it costs extra and is very expensive. The luggage storage room is open and unguarded — anyone can come in and take whatever they want....
The BoutiqueHOTEL Donauwalzer was a perfect choice for our stay. They were beyond friendly upon arrival, very warm greeting, our room was all set up for us which was large and beautiful. Large walk in shower was very nice. The beds were very comfortable, and the pillows and blankets were very luxury feeling and kept us warm and cozy. The hotel has 24hr service with a full bar and restaurant that does breakfast and dinner. When we went to leave check out was quick and smooth and a cute little gift for an adorable touch. The hotel is a bit on the outskirts of town, but with trolly and train under 5mins walking distance, that fact didn't bother us at all. There was also a couple fast food places bear by open very late incase you need a quick bite on the way back to the hotel after a long day which was helpful for our hungry kids that couldn't find what they wanted at the Christmas markets. Overall I couldn't recommend this hotel more, and would 100% stay again if we ever came back.
Everything was good. The room, the staff, the breakfast, the dog and the girl from the lobby was very helpful with the parking
Comfortable beds, clean room with lovely lighting and decorations.
Open shower in the room, overpriced breakfast.
We loved the comfortable bed , the amazing breakfasts and the location which was close to trams and trains into the city. We would highly recommend this hotel, it is very good value for money too
The location was great & easy to access the city. Hotel was lovely & we were very grateful to have a free room upgrade. Comfortable & enjoyable stay.
Perhaps more coffee pods & complimentary still water would be good. I think you only got water if booked directly with hotel. Nothing else negative to say.
Nice staff, clean, good breakfast. Nice lighting, great location, great value for money
The neighborhood isn’t beautiful but not bad.
Incredibly hotel. The breakfast is very nice world class. I had goid conversations with the owners. It is located within walking distance from downtown & the sites. Very friendly staff here.
Just amazing stay in beautiful hotel! Breakfast was excellent, staff super nice and location is very close to the city centre!
Nothing to share
It was very clean, great shower and large bed. The staff were all lovely and attentive.
There were no amenities in the room.
Wonderful location, close to Tram 44 and U6. The hotel is family managed, feels like a second home to the staff. They are nice, try to help as much as possible. The room was cleaned daily, its very comfortable and well taken-care of. The breakfast is amazing! Great variety of great tastes. Feels exatly what botique hotel should feel like.

It was perfectly situated near to an U-bahn and tram stops into the City Centre. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Nora.
Nothing to dislike.
Very clean and nice looking rooms. The Reception Desk is occupied 24/7. You can just leave the key with them and be on your way.
We sadly came while the spa was closed due to renovation.

Location great, amazing breakfast, comfortable, good value, lovely staff, live classical music at breakfast Saturday morning.
A little warm and noisy road with windows open. We had an issue with our shower.
