Location is just 2blocks behind the Rathaus and U2 metro line. However there is an additional construction ongoing. The elevator does not work and escalator does not exist. If you carry heavy luggage, I would recommend take Strassen bahn to avoid lifting for now. The staff was friendly, the breakfast was typical continential breakfast. The building is historical has autentic features like double windows and double doors, the elevator in the building was very charming. The room was daily cleaned and well done. It was freezing outside but the temperature was allright in the building.

The room was waaaay to small. We couldn't open our luggages at the same time but I guess it is the downside of these old buildings and I kind of wished that the breakfast was richer with more options maybe.

There was a morning when we were having the breakfast, a young boy has accidentally dropped something on the floor while he was taking food from the plates and the local host had a loud and harsh reaction in front of everybody, something related to a certain age when kids are not allowed do get the food by themselves, the parents were supposed to do it. In the heart of Vienna is a lovely charming a bit old school Hotel Graf Stadion with a vintage elevator from 1913! Still working for the guests. Spotless very quiet close to the City Hall. Highly recommend.

Location is amazing, close to the christmas market in Rathaus. Breakast had good enough choices and we enjoyed it every morning. The room was huge for 3 people. It is situated in a quiet area so outside noise is not a problem.

Easy access but U2 U5 construction eliminates access in some areas. 5 minute walk to the RINGSTRASSE.

All of Vienna is under construction: subway, street repairs, building renovation boom.

What a beautiful place. The location was amazing, very well connected. We went to Vienna to visit different Christmas markets and it was 500m away from the most beautiful one (Rathaus). The elevator is such a thing, so unique and beautiful it feels like traveling in an antique. Breakfast was amazing. I recommend it a lot and would go back there for sure if I’m again in Vienna.

Staff friendly, big room, comfortable bed, clean, in city centre, near transport and tourist attractions.

My only criticism would be that the heat was too warm in the room during the night and it got a bit sweaty, even though it is winter.

Location is so close to the Rathplatz & another historical places & transport. Staff are so so kind. I was late to breakfast first day but they provided me buffet breakfast. There are much more type od foods in the buffet breakfast.

The location was very good for the Christmas markets. Good breakfast, comfortable bed. Good shower.

The man at the reception was very polite and kind. Also the breakfast was very good. The Rathaus is 5 min walk away. Highly recommend.

Excellent location

There was a kettle and cups in room but no tea or coffee.The tea we could get from breakfast room but no coffee available. I would have liked coffee in the room.

The hotel is very basic for the price, but it met the need. The highlight is the staff; very kind, friendly, and helpful people.

The beds are too small and the facilities are old.

The hotel is in a very convenient location with an underground stop, bus stop and tram stop nearby. Breakfast was good.

Hotel is located in 5 mins walking City Hall, metro station and parliament. nearby are many markets, for me - location is perfect ! room was huge ! also clean and comfortable.

I'd like to have more rich breakfast, that's all. everything was perfect, including staff. very friendly guys :)

Closed at 6pm but they leave the keys on a lock box , the signage is too small to figure out
