Great location, 10 min walking to Museum District, 20 to the Opera. Clean,friendly staff.

Location, location, location. Handy to public transport, restaurants and shopping.

Paying to use kitchen/cooking facilities is somewhat unusual.

No, everything was even better than expected.

The hotel is in comfortable walking distance to the town hall. The room was well lit, clean and had enough space (we were 2 persons). There was no noise from the surrounding rooms or outside. The hotel is located in a good neighborhood with cafes, grocery stores and smaller shops around. The bathroom facilities looked very new.

The elevator is quite small and slow.

Everything was fine, good breakfast. The ukrainian man at reception was very helpful and the ukrainian lady in the restaurant, was very nice

Spacious Room, Upgrade was offered, which was much appreciated! Excellent breakfast, very nice and kind staff, beautiful decoration of the room and common areas.

The managers were very helpful. The laundry staff did their job well. The room, though small, was very effective given its beauty, attritribute to music/theater-related person (my room was dedicated to Fritz Wunderlich!) and image, high celing, good facilities (good sink, toilet bowl, etc.), and perfect location in the 8th district. Easy access to S-bahn and U2, but was also walking distance to the palace and central ditrsict.

I don't think there were drawbacks... hmm...

Well located. Inside of the hotel (corridors etc) is relatively newly decorated and clean

The room was not clean in the sense that it had dirt needing a deep clean and a redecoration. There was food and loads of hair between the mattresses (two singles pushed together to make a double). The bed frame was tattered and many bathroom tiles were cracked. The iron (one available via reception) had something melted onto it which left a stain on my shirt. The hotel overall should not be described as being a four star hotel.

Responsiveness of the stuff, it turned out when we arrived the weather was very cold and windy. Hotel's stuff have proposed, and then prepared sauna in very well and convenient manner. They were so attentive to the room temperature, any other needs. We felt like home.

Heating not working properly, and no hot water the first night.

The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. The staff was very helpful. The ironing board available to the guests was a very nice touch, they provided me with toiletries I forgot, and the receptionist was so kind to suggest a couple restaurants outside of the beaten tourist tracks.

Everything was perfect, the staff and cleaning and the view into inner courtyards! Unfortunately we didn't have time to explore the gym as we walked around the town but I'm sure it's top quality too!

Central location in a quiet street. Comfortable rooms and very quiet. Efficient housekeeping and good breakfast.

Only because it is close to Palais Ausperg where I attended Gala concert. Bed is comfy

1. Shower takes too long to get hot and it wasn’t that hot at all2. The room looks so old and carpet looks dirty 3. Sink too small - I stayed in another hotel 5 min from St Stephen cathedral and I paid €300 euro cheaper but the place is way better, the sink is way bigger, newer and cleaner and closer to everything 4. The elevator takes too long to get you where you’re at - it was broken when I got there. I’m glad their technician helped me carry my luggages to my room. 5. They first offered me a room where the actual bedroom is upstairs - I have 2 luggages but I’m glad I was able to got it changed. However, there’s still 3 steps of stairs before I get to my room making it hard for me to carry my two heavy luggages. 5. The hallway is a little dark and looks creepy- it’s all red. 6. The bathroom glass door is broken- it swings a little causing the water to spill over

The staff was very friendly. The breakfast buffet was fresh and fully stocked. The location of hotel is perfect for travelers. The size of our hotel room was great for our family of 3. We enjoyed relaxing in the lobby area lounge and playing billiards. All around great hotel.

You can definitely hear anyone that walks heavy or runs around in floor above you.

Wonderfully located near transportation to key attractions. Staff were all delightful and eager to please. We were especially grateful to the reception staffer, Echo (sp?), who booked a popular local wine tavern for our Christmas Eve dinner. Great fun and delicious food! Breakfast was ample and good.

We would have preferred an actual double/queen bed, instead of two beds pushed together, but this is a minor complaint.

Room was nice and renovated. Clean.The lady at the front desk was very helpfull and nice.

The sink is not in the bathroom, which is a bit strange, especially after going to the toilet...Heard every step from the room above us.

Everything was great. The only complaint from our family was how strict they were with cutting off breakfast time.

Washbasin in the corridor (room 406) - not practical.Windows frame were vibrating from trams on the street.Elevator was broken during our stay (2 nights), so we had to carry trolley and all other things to 4th floor to get in the room.
