Pros +
- Proximity to venue.Decent breakfast.Quiet.
- Size of room, staffs, cleanliness
- Location was good. Donnermeister practically next to the hotel and Billa supermarket is a few doors down. Tram connections very good.
Cons -
- Small room; basic amenities.
- heating system, a bit cold
- We stayed in room 7. Not sure if all rooms are the same but this was our experience.Upon arrival there were no curtains hanging up. Was told by a rather rude male member of staff that this was our fault as we had checked in earlier than permitted despite the girl on reception checking us in and handing us our key. We checked in 10 minutes earlier than 2pm. Absolutely no idea why a hotel room wouldn’t permanently have curtains installed.Lighting in the room is extremely poor and there is no light in the really high up ceiling meaning you have to use the bed side lamps a lot.The WiFi is DREADFUL. Constantly kicks you off especially in the mornings and evenings when everyone wants to use it. Be prepared to use ALL of your phone data and have to invest in eSIMs for your phone if you are wanting to access the internet during your stay. It will annoy you due to the constant buffering and kicking you off.The lift didn’t work when we initially checked in.The room is advertised as coming with a hair dryer. There’s even a holder in the bathroom for a hair dryer yet no hair dryer. Had to ask for one at reception which we had to plug in outside of the bathroom as there was no socket inside it. There’s also no on/off button for the hairdryer so as soon as you plug it in it’s on.Bed was comfortable but pillow really soft. And no 2nd pillow. No spare electrical sockets by your bed side table so charging your phone can only be done near the TV which was the size of a tablet btw and had so much dust behind it!My wife and I woke up with dry mouths each morning due to the poorly circulated air. Opening the window in the morning is essential. The shower was decent. Who ever fitted the shelf in the bathroom above the sink was clearly an idiot as brushing your teeth would result in you hitting your head on the shelf. The tap in the bathroom sink wouldn’t even allow you to wash out a bottle due to how smell the tap and sink were.

The breakfast was amazing, very delicious. Size of the room was not that large but totally enough for us. The room temperature was perfect. The staff were nice and kind. The room was clean enough.
It's lil bit far from the center but you can use the public transportation or walk. The pension is located in a building and it's at second floor. The elevator is not working in the building so you have to use the stairs. Carrying suitcases up and down the stairs isn't very pleasant.
Room was a good size, beds were comfortable and the breakfast was excellent
Staff were not very friendly
The room met our expectations. Very well located, with the tram just a few metres from the hotel. Excellent value for money, including breakfast. Very friendly and helpful staff.
The cleanliness could be better. On the first day, I immediately found hair in the shower.
location , Stuff , comfort , everything was perfect
Internet was not so strong and sometimes the noise was from another rooms.
locatjon is great
Towels are old/ Torn. Lift was not working when we are about to check out. And hotel is at 3rd floor.
Good location, friendly staff
Shower Towels weren’t being changed and the floor in the room hasn’t been cleaned during our stay
Location and staff
Small amount of bedding

Good hotel near the center. Excellent traffic with whole historical ad tourist places. Good apartment room.
Very good location. Extremely friendly staff. Parking is great.KirilBulgaria
I travelled as a solo female traveller. The hotel felt safe, warm and well-managed. I especially appreciated a very nice lady at the reception who arranged making the heating in my room even warmer after the first night as I suffered from very cold and humid Viennese weather and needed extra warmth. The bed was comfortable and with a real thick duvet! The room was clean and equipped with a kettle - which was great for making a morning tea. Bathroom was clean too and equipped with everything necessary. Windows have probably a sound-proof isolation - I did not hear any noises from the outside despite the orientation of the room towards the main street. Btw. location of the hotel is superb. So overall I was happy to stay in the hotel and will definitely come back. The most important was the feeling of safety and a good management. The guests' needs are being taken seriously here. That is the place I want to return to and do not hesitate to recommend to other solo female travellers. Thank you for making my stay in Vienna pleasant and warm!
- The walls are very thin. One can hear guests next door. That was my only "concern".- The elevator was temporarily out of order.- The wi-fi had moments of slowing down but overall it functioned well.
I’m not one to usually rate hotels badly, but this one - for future customers I do not recommend. Despite paying for a good location which cannot be faulted, the amenities itself within the hotel are limited. You will find yourself in a very dated and basic room, with no aircon apparatus (was informed - “it’s winter” - but your room is uncomfortably warm with heating, and windows opening directly over main road - so both dangerous and loud at night). Staff utterly disengaged - manager actually eating breakfast and watching Tik Tok videosHave requested partial refund due to the price of hotel and also for lack of promised amenities. Not to mention limited and basic breakfast, and no escalator (likely to be OOS for a number of months).
As above - staff disengaged, facilities within hotel and overall standard limited.
Great location and very comfortable rooms. Breakfast was also good. Owner was also helpful
The location of the hotel building was very convenient, being walking distance to many restaurants and coffee shops. The room size was really good, and the water pressure in the shower was great. Everything seemed quite clean and nice.
Our room faced the busy street which was quite loud even late at night, and the staff refused to provide a remote for the AC (for "ecological reasons") even though they advertised these rooms as air-conditioned here. So we had to pick between noise and sleeping in a hot room. The staff was "able to offer earplugs" as an alternative. Additionally, the beds were quite uncomfortable, with thin mattresses. And the room doors were poor at isolating out external noise, so we had to listen to breakfast being prepared not far from our door since early morning.

Location is good
Our room has a step down to the bed which could be a safety issue and the shower stall is small. Elevator not working during our stay
Staff tried their best to help us to relocate but had to do it ourselves in the end
We were given 24 hour notice that the lift was out. We and reception on 3rd floor. I emailed to say all over 70 and so difficult we should have been offered alternative accommodation and although told we could move after 1night then told not available
