Max Brown Hotel 7th District, part of Sircle Collection

I loved everything about this hotel. The receptionist was one of the friendliest I have ever met at a hotel. The room was perfect, bedding exceptional, shower sublime, bar staff delightful. I wanted to move in!

Nothing could have been better, apart from possibly staying longer.

Stylish hip hotel with a very good first floor restaurant. Friendly young staff.

Bathroom design was poor, the sink sat on a wood veneer pedestal that was flaking and stained.

Beautifully appointed with very nice decorations, spacious room, comfortable bed, extremely clean. Great location too, you can walk to the center in 20-30 min, and the area is very cool, full of restaurants and bars.

The only thing really were the pillows being too soft but otherwise pretty great stay.

Location is great, amazing staff, especially Isabella at reception made our stay really special. Love the deal: don't have your room cleaned and get a drink instead (realized it too late though). The restaurant Sevennorth downstairs is amazing... Truly fabulous Levante Cuisine. Amenities are really amazing, auch as the Foto Box at reception, pool table and movie night

We were 3 days too early to witness the gym to open...

The location is very central and very accessible to everything you might want to do in Vienna. Bed was super comfy and the room was quiet, couldn't hear a thing, had a very good sleep. The bar of the hotel is very lively and had good recommendation for wine, pizza was good too.

Our room did not reflect at all what we saw in the picture once booked, but ok. Hairdryer smelled burnt, so didn't use it. Since we only stayed two nights we didn't want to bother the staff with this. We also bought the extra breakfast not included in the price, which was good but we felt variety was quite limited and not very high quality, scrambled eggs were constantly cold :'(

We chose a room under the roof which provided a bit more space, including a small lounge. facing the inside courtyard. This allowed for a private and quiet stay. Staff were friendly and helpful. Parking is available but not included in the reservation.

Our room was not immediately available. Our understanding was there was a large booking and perhaps some staff constraints. Although our room was nicely decorated, there was mold in the bath and many lights were not working. We felt the room itself could have been better maintained.

Location, pillows, design!

Loved the cute style and it was cozy! Bed was very comfortable, as well as pillows. Pretty good location too!

They say they’re saving the environment by doing room cleanings every other day, but it’s probably saving them money. I like the idea of having a made bed and fresh supplies everyday. When they did clean, all they did was make the bed and replenish the towels. The coffee mugs were left dirty and they didn’t replace the tea bags. Was hoping for a little bit more! The lotions and shampoos were also very low and I was too lazy to ask for them to be refilled, but you’d think they would check. That’s how swift the room cleaning is. I don’t really think they do much.

No proper cleaning. Standard is every two days which is ok but the sheets were not changed on the cleaning day even though there were stains on them. + no hot water on the last day - a very unpleasant shower experience!

Loved the room design, the comfort of pillows and the bed as well as the space in the room. It was perfect size and all I needed after a long day of travel.

The location is on point. 7th District is a cool yet calm region with amazing restaurants and coffee shops nearby. Walking distance is 10-15 minutes on foot to the city center. Also check-in process was super smooth with a complimentary upgrade.

There was no drinking water (complimentary or otherwise) in the room, which is annoying if you check in late at night. Loud air conditioning system.

What an awesome hotel. So welcoming, fun, beautiful, and easy to get to. Great location, and lots of amenities! We had a great breakfast there and were even able to rent e-bikes from the hotel. Would 1000% stay here again.

It was our first time in Vienna, and we’re glad we chose to stay at Max Brown in the 7th District. The location was perfect, surrounded by wonderful shops and restaurants, and just a short walk from the city’s main attractions. We loved the quirky décor and all the thoughtful details in the room, from the basketball hoop to the playful art and vintage record player. The hotel and restaurant staff were very friendly and welcoming. Our favorite part, though, was the hotel’s restaurant, we enjoyed it so much that we had dinner there twice!

Smart TV functionality was disabled on the TV. No coffee machine in the room.

The front desk staff was great. The lobby pantry was good and it is close to a grocery store. We had a large room with an area to store our bags and hang up clothes. I would stay here again.

The location is a little far from downtown but there are bus and tram stops about 2 black away. We didn’t have breakfast included but we got it one morning, while it was good it was not 26€ good. There are several good restaurants around that are good.

Fantastic staff; clean and spacious rooms. All around a great stay and definitely worth the price.

Airconditioning did not work properly so room was too hot. Breakfast could have included more options especially for vegetarian guests.

Super modern sweet and nice hotel located in a great area - walking distance to lots of good restaurants and bars as well as sighseeing districts.The staff was super nice and helpful and the breakfast was incredible good (homemade bread, selfmade juices, freshly balked waffles,…)

We only had one big planket but received another one right away even it was already in the evening (great staff).
