Beautiful room with enough space, two big windows, very clean and accurate, good breakfast

Exceptional design (the whole interior of the hotel), spacious and clean room, excellent breakfast, atmosphere (cool vibe), location near "Pilgramgasse" metro station (U4, only two stations to/from "Karlsplatz"), nice neighborhood (5. bezirk, Margareten), staff, value for money

A little too hot at night!

The hotel is located ideal, close to the metro, but we always walked to the center like Opera, Rathaus or Hofburg, it is a nice walk to the sights around 20 minutes each.Great staff, super helpfull at all time.Large and spacious rooms, with a nice design, the whole hotel has a good vibe inside.Very nice breakfast, with a great variety, lot of options.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly, always ready to help with anything I needed. The room was clean, comfortable, and very relaxing. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of tasty options.Highly recommended — I would definitely stay here again!

Quiet and safe location. Very clean and very friendly staff. It had one of the best lobby areas we've seen, with a pool table and quite a lot of board games and interesting books. Also, the pick-up player and vinyls in the room were a very pleasant and unique addition.

The hotel is situated in a really good location in a calm quiet district of Vienna close to Neubaugasse but also to the city center. At the lobby of the hotel there is a bar, a place where you can sit and enjoy your food, drinks and a billiard. As a vinyl lover there was also vinyl players with several vinyls that you can loan and get them to play.. The room was spacious and clean with all the utilities needed.Also there's a sauna and a gym that you can use without extra charge

There were some constant issues with the card while opening the door of the room.. It was not working all the time so i had to go time to time to the reception to ask for the re-activation of it. That was a bit disappointing and stressful as you never knew if the card will work. But the reception was always helpful.

Nicely designed room. Huge and very comfortable bed.

Breakfast coffee not as nice as advertised. :) Not possible to get a coffee from the portafilter machine in the morning.Bathroom was okay but could use a little refresh. Water pressure was not great.

The room was not very clean. The bathroom smelled kinda weird. The walls were dirty. You can hear everything.

Very comfortable room with all necessary facilities like quiet side of the building, high speed wifi, AC and sound proof walls.

Breakfast is relatively expensive compared to the room rate and there are not that much of options. What I miss is fruit salad, sausages and muesli (next to other cereals). Minor thing that I want to mention but all others are fine.

On a positive note, the staff were very polite and attentive, and the cleanliness of the hotel was at a high standard, which we greatly appreciated

Unfortunately, the hotel did not fully meet the expectations of a 4-star property. Our room faced the street and was quite noisy, and the bed was not comfortable. The facilities were advertised as including Wi-Fi, but there was no connection in our room, and even after reporting the issue, it was not resolved. On the third day, we were offered to move to another room; however, it was smaller and also not comfortable.

Location, biliard and board games, professional staff who were immediately trying to fulfill our request.

Replace the carpet, our room had large bleach stains. The other room we had was much nicer.

Comfortable, good A/C, great staff, quite good breakfast, plenty of restaurant nearby, not too far from U-bahn.

Room lighting a bit dark and murky, no mini-fridge just some albums and a record player that didn't work properly, drinking glasses were all small, basically good for whiskey, but 1/4 the size of a normal glass. Breakfast was nice but could benefit from some sliced melon or pineapple. Music at breakfast was always moody and depressing, something just a tad more upbeat to start the day might be better.

Everything it’s amazing: good location, easy to use public transport, very beautiful area, beautiful lobby, great and large and beautiful room ? wonderful personelle from the reception, who helped us with each info we needed. In a single word: Amazing. Too bad we stayed few time, being in transit for Munchen, but definetly we want to come back in another trip and stay longer to Viena so we gonna choose Max Brown Hotel Again!

Nothing. Everything was perfect

The hotel was very modern, vibey and fun, and was in a great location close to lots of incredible food/coffee, transportation, and antique/vintage stores!! The room was clean and spacious, the staff was extremely helpful and kind, and we had a great few days there.

I felt it was a little expensive for what it was considering it didn’t include any breakfast.

The interior matched the pictures and the facilities were well kept. I came across the spa by accident on afternoon and enjoyed a relaxing session while's watching the sunset over the quiet block behind the hotel. Air-conditioning in the room was a lifesaver during the heatwave!I also loved the foyer's design - definitely a vibe.We did not make use of the bar or breakfast but it looked decent.

Not much to complain about to be honest, checking in (and out) was a breeze, the area was lovely, all and all a good option for a short stay in Vienna.The only thing I could think of was that you need to walk a little bit further to reach main tourist attractions but we enjoyed the morning strolls to our destinations.
