Pros +
- Good location, quiet, comfortable, clean.
- Location was good, easy access to the metro and a shopping centre nearby.
- Wonderful staff, really so helpful and friendly. Great location, close to important places but far enough to be quiet. I would be very surprised if you could beat it for the price.
Cons -
- The entire hotel, including my room, smelled very strongly of cigarette smoke. I can stand a little, but this was overwhelming. I would recommend this hotel only to people who smoke cigarettes, or who have no sense of smell.
- Variety of croissants/ pastry
- The rudeness of the staff especially of the receptionist and the fact that the room was extremely dirty.

The hotel is in a very central position. The room was very clean, and appeared to be recently renovated. Bed was comfortable. Although above a busy road, the room was silent. The staff was very kind.
The entrance of my room was literally in the bathroom. It is not a big deal, but because there was no space, the sink was super small and it was very impractical to brush teeth etc.The room is very silent apart from the corridor, because the door is not blocking any noise. In the morning (at 9:20) somebody opened my room while I was in bed, without knocking (I guess cleaning stuff). In general, very expensive for what you get.
Very friendly and helpful staff on reception
Rooms are in very bad general condition. Room doors, beds, everything else - just too old and below any acceptable standard. Smell in the room 21 was not acceptable and not tolerable.
The staff, free coffee and pastry, and the location
There was no refrigerator in the room, no sleepers, room was gloomy

Everything was good and comfortable and clean , Mr Sam in the reception is very helpful and professional, thanks for him
It was my first time going on a trip abroad alone, and I was pretty satisfied with what I got for the money! The location is really comfortable - a train station and a big shopping center nearby, and several trams going straight to the center, main attractions and other train stations if needed. Staff is excellent, answered to all the inquiries that occurred through-out the stay and were overall really friendly and helpful. Breakfast is free, and they let me leave my luggage at the reception when I checked out early in the day while having a flight in the evening. The room was a bit bigger than what I expected (was expecting a small room with no space at all - got a pretty regular room).
Wi-Fi is free, but feels a bit icky for most of the time (had to constantly reconnect), but it was pretty much unpreventable since I was living on the 3.5th floor and the network seemed to be based at the bottom. My main personal complaint though is the bed - couldn't sleep for half of the trip from how hard the bed was. It might be fine for other people, but it almost killed my back, genuinely. Also the noise that the radiator made in the night was a bit annoying - but it was not constant and I adapted pretty quickly.

It was a great location close to Stadtpark
Room was small but good value
Rooms were very small....end where it starts....Breakfast was like nothing...Location is good....Both staff were very cooperative and giving correct very useful information.
lack of space...
Very friendly staff, great central location, ability to get a street parking pass, clean
Smells like old standing smoked-in rooms (which if the window is closed the sheets, shower curtain, and towels also smell.) The window cannot be opened much though because the trains run constantly all day and night (like every minute) and the tracks are obviously in need of repair - because the extremely loud screeching metal on metal prevents any sleep. Good point is that the windows are new and keep 90% of the noise out when closed. But then the scent takes over….A pity overall as the location is great and the staff surely doing their best to make guests feel welcomed.
We used this hotel as a Dayroom to catch a flight late at night. It is not only good for this reason, because it is well located to explore Vienna, being so close to the Train station. For our purpose, the proximity to the Wien Mitte Station, which connects directly to the dedicated CAT Airport Train Line, this Hotel was perfect. The staff were kind and attentive, thank you.
The staff was so nice! Thank you again for being so helpful it made my trip. The hotel was approximate to the center so I was able to walk everywhere I never used the transports. Also it is 2 min walk from the s7 station which takes to the airport.
There is no isolation which I think is a huge problem. You can hear the neighbours and it’s very disturbing so something should be done about this. It’s not normal to be obliged to hear the neighbours noises when you just want to relax and sleep for a couple of days.
Staff is very kind and warm. They helped us with tips and directions.
There is no breakfast service available. The hotel offers coffee and croissants.
Great location though noisy due to proximity to train line
Dated decor though renovated room - however with the tiniest, rather unusable sink I ve ever seen
The building had a vintage vibe, it was not super actualized but it was in good condition and clean, which is always appreciated. The design was interesting and super well located, less than 5 minutes from the main station that takes you to the airport and is also super close to the city center. Staff was friendly. The hotel offers croissants and coffee for breakfast but has a kitchen that can be accessed 24/7 that's the best feature.
It could be helpful to have access to basic toiletries such as tooth paste, shampoo and conditioner. Besides this there's absolutely nothing to complain about.
