The staff were friendly and the location was good.

We stayed for three nights. Hot water only came once a day, and the coffee machine wasn't cleaned. The room was on the street, so it was very noisy while we slept. We also saw bugs on the floor. The room wasn't well ventilated, so my throat hurt while I slept. The staff were friendly.

Location was great. The room was super and well maintained.

Something property could not control. On one day a woman and friends were outside and talking extremely loud from 18:00 to 21:30. Impossible to get to sleep.

Good communication, full directions, it was very easy to find it and settle in. The room was in a great location, quiet street but very close to the city center. It was very warm, clean, well equiped, hot water and wifi working properly, interesting decoration, comfortable bed. Great value for money.

Suitable only for couples, there is no privacy in the shower

We had issues with hot water and heating when we arrived, a fix was attempted during the day this was unsuccessful so an upgraded room was provided. The concierge was very helpful in arranging the change, and after this all was well.

It was unfortunate that the stay started with issues but these were overcome and sorted within one day.

Nice place perfect location

Not working wifi the network was not available but not a problem as we used our mobile network

Perfect condition nothing not to like. In the winter the floor gets a bit cold as its tiles but the host provides slippers

- Very strange check in procedure outside of booking, requiring a lot of data including a second credit card for no reason- Dirty (dusty floor, disgusting smell in toilet, dirty glasses and mirror)- Very loud also during the night- Only a glass wall no door between shower and bed

Process to get into the property not clear but had good response from owner.

Groovy place! The apartment we stayed in was an old artist’s student down the road from the Belvedere. Very clean and a great shower!

It took roughly 45 minutes - 1 hour to walk into the main city centre each day.

Stylish, spacious and unusual

No hot water when we arrived and the coffee machine was absent. Staff were helpful when they arrived in the morning - sorted hot water and made us a coffee

The free bikes were great and allowed us to access far more than we would have on foot. Great set up and vibe. Comfy bed and lots of supplies provided.

Location amazing. Big room. Cleaner saved us a lot of problems by getting our bags into our room.

For non German speaking it was a little difficult to find the room. I actually thought hotel meant hotel not guest rooms scattered all over the city. We arrived early and spent 45min looking for a check in, the room or somewhere to leave our bags. Not great in 36deg. Also Taylor Swift was in town that night so there was a massive mark up on a single room.

Lovely large and characterful room and comfy bed. Liked having the large fan. Lovely large shower. Good location only 20 minute walk to the heart of Vienna. Thankyou for welcome wine, much appreciated on arrival!

The safe was unusable which was a nuisance. A few very minor issues which are easily sortable- top of curtains detaching, drain smell in toilet, paint touch ups in a few areas

It was in a great location. Room was a good size and had everything we needed.

There were no smoke detectors in the room and it smelt of cigarettes.

There was NO Airconditioner, I'ts use to be a store before. To laud, to hot!! Very stinky. Smells like basement.The duche was musty!!

Very cool renovated space (AirBnb style) on a quite street. Staff was super helpful in arranging for luggage storage prior to checkin.

A little bit of a walk to get places .. but we like to walk so found good restaurants within (our) walking distance.

Was in a good location

Bad service nobody answer and response the concerns. Never work the WiFi connection. There’s not hot water sometimes The curtains dosnt cover the room so the early light of the morning wake you up. The worst was that anyone the hotel or booking response my concerns
