Cons -
- There was no staff when we arrived at 8:30pm. Besides there were no water in the room fridge. And the worst part is that the elevator was broken and would be fixed by the end of month. Our room was on the 4th floor; we had to climb 4 levels every day.

Location is good.
Arriving at night to find no staff on-site to complete the check‑in; we waited one hour before someone returned the phone call.• Not receiving the required access code, making entry unnecessarily difficult.• Poor communication, which caused further delays and confusion.• Staff who were consistently unhelpful and unwelcoming, adding to the overall negative experience.• Being assigned Room 401, which was unacceptably dirty, forcing us to request a room change the following day.
The room size was ok
Breakfast was so poorStaff did not care about the guests at allThe heating system was nor working and they did neither repair nor changed the room!!The receptionist was absent from 7pm and was not answering to urgent phone cals
We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights, and my experience was far from what I expected. The first room we received was very old and looked nothing like the photos on Booking, so we asked to change it. The second room (in the photos) was better, but the bed sheets were dirty from the beginning, with stains and visible dirt. We expected housekeeping to replace them, but that never happened.During all 4 nights, the bedding was never changed — no matter how many times we asked. Housekeeping only rearranged the bed without replacing the sheets, even after we spoke directly to the reception.Overall, the stay was uncomfortable and definitely below basic hotel standards. I hope the hotel improves its cleanliness and service.
I liked the stuff and the location.
I booked a triple room just to have a balcony which was not available. I would suggest not to advertise a room with balcony if there's aren't any. It is a little bit misleading.
Very nice hotel, clean and comfortable. The location is good, with a tram station 3 minutes away. Also, the people at the desk were very friendly and with good disposition to help. I really recommend this hotel and I would definitely come back here if I am ever back in Vienna.
Price was good. Location not bad, but not so close to the center.
Worst beds i have ever seen in a hotel. The double beds were really small, like less than 140cm making it hard to fit a couple comfortably. Matterasses were very very hard - the whole family felt back pains in the morning. Rooms walls are very thin, hearing the neighbours and people passing infront of the door. Cleaning ladies woke us up 2 times while cleaning the neighbouring rooms in 9h in the morining, laudly speaking to eachoteher - i had to ask them to be more quite. In general we had the feeling the staff did not care and 80% of the time there was noone at the reception. Whole place were smelling like cigarets as there was a staff member constantly smoking outside and sometimes in the rooms being cleaned.
Close to U6.
The room darkener let all the light through, it did not darken the room that made a long sleep impossible. We woke with the Sun. :(
The “double bed” , which are actually two matraces that get separated in the middle of the night, was one of the most uncontroftble sleps of my life. The staff was lovely and the room was really clean. The location was quite good, expecially if travelling by car, beacause there is a cheep garage near by.
Somewhere to sleep.
There was no house keeping. Did not change towels or make the beds.Staff weren’t helpful when asking about things to do.
Bed was really nice.
out our door room it didn't have light but it was fine
The old structure and cleanliness
No elevator so it was hard to take all bags up and down
The hotel was conveniently located
When we arrived, no one was at reception and the automatic doors would not open. This occurred despite the hotel sign saying the desk closed at 11pm. We were waiting outside the hotel for 20 minutes. After 4 attempts to ring the hotel, someone answered and gave me a code. I wish there had also been a kettle inside the room

Picture vc RealityHotel room is bit under expectation, I mean you can see on photos great picture instead in reality you get scratched furniture in the bathroom. Also it's hard to sleep at night because of the carpeting. We needed to ventilate the room first to sleep over the night. Wardrobe was vintage too, it was definitely broken at the key spot and remained me of grandma village house.
Stylish, good breakfast, access to coffee and juices 24/7
Staff confused us with regards to paying for breakfast. When we checked in we could pay by card, but in the morning we had to pay with cash and there was a €2 difference.
Staff is extremely attentive and kind.
It desperately needs updating. Feels like a hotel in San Francisco in the 70’s. Most upsetting is the noisy housekeeping staff in the mornings ( 8am!) But… everyone in the hotel is kind, and amiable. Worth the stay if you’re on a budget and need a cozy old hotel.
Very poor
I have never seen such a dirty apartment: stains of blood on the floor and walls; big stain when you are entering the room. It is so untidy so it's scary to walk there without shoes or taking off the clothes.
The hotel was a little out of the city centre, but very accessible by a range of public transport (train, bus, tram, underground) within 2-10 mins walk, in what felt a very safe area. The room was spacious, and the water hot and consistent in the shower. The drinks machine in the dining room was available for our use 24hrs. There was a 24hr reception / a door code to use if no one was there. There were 2 supermarkets and a great licensed cafe (doing breakfast, lunch, afternoon cake, evening meals and with a basic bar and super friendly staff) at the top of the road, and quite a few other places to eat & drink nearby. Our stay was exceptionally good value due to an unbeatable room rate, perhaps reflecting the need for an update.
Although reception & the dining room looked lovely, the decor in the rest of the hotel was a bit tired and in need of a refresh. Our room was clean, bright and spacious, but a bit dated. One of the art prints on the wall had had googly eyes stuck to it, bizarrely! The bathroom was very clean, but needed attention. The wall mounted flush cover fell off and into the loo in the middle of the night rather noisily (reception said this was "normal for the house" when reported and it was badly caulked back on the same day we reported it), the sink tap was wobbly & there was missing laminate on the counter top. The temperature was hard to get right - was too hot or too cold. The minibar fridge wasn't working nor stocked and there were not drink making facilities in the room (hence use of drinks machine downstairs). The house breakfast was not worth 16 euro - a 2 croissant breakfast at Cafe Monarchie at the top of the road was 8 euro and the croissant were far nicer! They didn't like taking cards for anything less than 50 euro. This smacks of an overly large business overdraft and needing cash to pay staff to me.There was ZERO local or hotel information in the room at all.
