The service in general was very good, the variety of breakfast was what we liked the most, the staff were very friendly and all this made our stay very pleasant ♥️

The only problem was the vending machine of the lobby wasn't working and it was difficult to get something to drink because all the nearby grocery stores close early; that was just the night we arrived from the airport, the following days we were already prepared with the shopping.

The location and environment is excellent, the breakfast is stunning.

**Would not recommend – this is a real 2*, not a 4\***We stayed for three nights and were very disappointed with the accommodation. The hotel is rated as 4 stars, but the room we received looked more like a 2-star property. The white walls were cold and visibly dirty, and the bathroom seemed like something from the last century. Overall comfort was very poor.The biggest issue was the extra bed for our 17-year-old son – it was actually a small armchair bed suitable for a 5–6-year-old child, not for a teenager. We asked to change the room, but were only offered the same room category, even though half of the hotel was empty. The staff were very inflexible and showed little interest in the fact that we were unhappy, especially the shift manager.What concerned me most was the fact that the shift manager disregarded our dissatisfaction and offered the same room as an alternative, despite the hotel being very large and only partially occupied. Her condescending attitude was offensive, and I cannot be certain that she would have behaved in the same manner had we not been guests from Bosnia and Herzegovina. I formed the impression that our dissatisfaction was of little importance to her, and I also understood that she made a comment in German questioning why we had made the reservation through Booking. I have never encountered such behavior in any hotel before, despite having stayed in a significant number of hotels.Breakfast was very average, nothing worth mentioning. The only positive thing was the comfortable bedding, although it was not changed during our three-night stay.Overall, we would not stay here again and we would not recommend this hotel to others.

Quiet, comfortable room. Nice staff. Good and copious breakfast.

On the booking.com website it is not clear but if you book a comfort room (basic) you won’t be eligible for using the wellness unless you pay a fee which is 15 euros per room. However it is an overall charge for the entire stay. Everthing else was percect.

The hotel has a superb location, really close to all sights we wanted to see. We booked a suite that was spaceous and surprisingly quiet.

Our room was on the top floor, and it seemed like there was a laundry room or something similar above us. We could hear a washing machine running late at night, which was a bit uncomfortable.On our first night, there was also no hot water or heating after 10pm. The hot water ran out mid-shower, and the room was cold overnight, which wasn’t great. For the rest of our stay, though, we had hot water and heating 24/7, so this seems to have been a temporary issue.

Reception took too long to check us in. We had to keep chasing, others were getting their room before us made no sense. Room was too small and smelt awful. Unacceptable for the price we paid. I will not be returning. Only the cleaning staff were very good.

Hotel has amazing facilities. They allowed me early check-in. Jacuzzi was one of the best and very peaceful.Breakfast was good. Room heating was excellent and you can easily control heating and fan speed unlike other hotels who control by themselves from reception.Hotel is near to two metro stations and Westbahnoff (Europlatz) is one of them

Bed sheets and towel had hair. Bed sheet had many hair and it seems laundry service is very poor. Out of 4 towels, I found only 1 in good clean condition.On check-in, I found many hair on bed sheet and called housekeeping but they never came even my two times calling to reception. That was unaccepted.

Someone tried opening the door in the morning while we were sleeping, possibly the cleaning crew. My check out wasn’t until 11 so there is no reason for someone to come in before that.

The bed quality was very poor. The towels need immediate replacement. The house needs more attention.

Great stay with my wife and child. The location was very good with easy access to public transport, and the breakfast was very nice with good variety. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and family-friendly, and the staff were helpful. Would happily stay here again.

There was nothing we didn’t like during our stay. Everything was comfortable and met our expectations. Overall, it was a pleasant and hassle-free experience

Great location, quite near multiple ways of transport and easy to get around Vienna from here. One day we walked to the city center by foot, which is doable if you want to do it.Even tho its located near a main street, and our room was facing it, honestly I never got disturbed inside by any noise. Quite quiet inside, nothing woke me up any of the nights.Also would like to mention, the way the room was roomy was creating nice comfort feeling.The breakfast was so good with nice options, would like to say cheers to the staff there as well for the friendliness.

If i have to pick out something, the format with the towels meant that because we didn't ask for room service, and one morning when room service entered our room while we were sleeping and left, meant that no room service was done for like 5 days.Other thing in the shower there was a spot where a lot of water was pooling which meant i had to be careful how i exit the shower.

Cheap sheets and room facilities, very poor service (never got towels or more coffee even once). I booked a queen bed and they gave me a twin. When I mentioned it to the staff, he was rude and told me it’s because I was just one person. Most expensive cheap hotel I’ve ever stayed at!

Clean hotel spacious room and well equipped with a very good breakfast. Subway station and tram station close by.

Room with window facing the main road was noisy during the night.
