The staff were so kind. Huge rooms. Wonderful breakfast. Great location for a quick getaway to visit Vienna!

Wish there was a spa!

Excellent location; stayed near relatives who knew bus, streetcar, subway routes so we could go anywhere we wanted in the city. Walking also. It was snowy and slushy but streets were good.

Need some clothes hooks in room, back of bathroom door.

Wonderful exterior, interior, reception area with a great staff. Water also kept at the reception which was a nice touch. Its located in a Quiant part of Vienna, hence its a quiet & relaxing area.The room & bathroom was spacious & extremely nice. Location: 5 mins walk to closest metro, 15 mins walk to the metro which takes u directly to the main bus/train station. 2 mins walk to nearest tram stop.

No views from the room. Area of the hotel is nice but not old town bustling which was fine for me but others might want to stay nearer to Stephenplatz etc.

The room was really old and the heating was bad, it was not so comfortable.

Location was very convenient, very close to the train network, which was easy to nvigate, and close to shops/restaurants/main city. Staff were very helpful with all of our questions, and especially upon arrival with suggestions of "must see's/do's" and ways to get around, order of seeing them etc. Loved Vienna as a city and will definitely be returning to K+K Palais Hotel when we do return.

Small room, no view, no control of floor heating, no ventilation/window in the bathroom

No real chill out area to unwind after a day out. Small bar area with limited range

Great location, very central. Check-in was easy. Beds were comfortable, rooms were warm.

Breakfast were limited in choice, not great quality of spreads and options.

Location was very central couldn't have been better. Everything was in walking distance. Rooms were small but comfortable. Staff were lovely and very friendly and helpful. Couldn't have been nicer.

Shower was hard to get into as it was in the bath and you had to climb into it.

Close to city centre and metro. Nice hotel, god value for money

Nothing to dislike, amenities were basic

The room was clean and very large overlooking the park. The location was excellent for accessing the markets.

We had no information about facilities in the hotel. We believed there was a dining room as it was mentioned as a possible breakfast location on our 1st day but then told it was closed. The staff were friendly but gave conflicting advice and really didn't help us with the location of places.I was also scammed by someone/people but fortunately I didn't follow the requests for my details or complete the request for my credit card.

The reception staff is very helpful. Especially Veit was very helpful. He showed me all the places I would visit. Where to shop, which cafe to have coffee at. On top of that, they are very friendly. The location is very central. Transportation is very easy. The U4 metro is close. The beds are very comfortable. I had a vacuum bag and the cleaning staff helped. Don't worry about whether the room will be warm during your winter trip. The temperature was very good.

The fact that the floors are carpeted is bad for hygiene. I also woke up to construction noise at 7 in the morning. Moreover, even though I told them, the noise started again at the same time the next morning.

Hotel was very close to the center. The hotel staff was very friendly and hotel was very clean.

The location of the hotel is very well. It is both in city center and quiet,silent.

The bed comfort is very bad.

We were really happy with the staff specially a lady called Yraida, she was helping and always smiling
