The location

Everything else. The room was insanely inconvenient and difficult to get to, the staff were rude, and the breakfast was trash from a deli.

The room as dusty and there was no air circulation. We had to keep the window open all night and it never got ?cool? in our room even when it was 55� at night. Views from the room were great, but it?s just hard when they completely turn off the AC system.

its probably just the culture and language barrier, just communication differences.

It was spacious room. Great location. Really close to subway

Room was little outdated

Near Christmas Market and Inner Stadt walking distance. Public transport easy access but not necessary. Many places to eat, drink and go shopping nearby.

The facilities are not available late night except for gym so therefore never got chance to use any.

Disappointing

Heater was way too hot. When asked the staff to turn it down no one can figure it out and advised "have you tried opening the window". Given the location it gets very noisy with the window open and very disruptive. Bathroom has mould. Breakfast options were horrible. On our second last day we didn't even receive room service despite already putting a please clean room tag on the door.

It was 2-3 weeks before renovation ,but it seemed that they already acted as they are closed. Poor front desk service.

My son and I were given the wrong room when I had specifically stated twin beds but fortunately my son got it upgraded. The last morning the door to my room was unlocked by cleaners at 7.45, 8.30 and 9.30, no knock on door before unlocking.

The staff were nice, but the hotel is not worth the money at all, the location is good but not perfect! A bit far from the inner stadt, but close to Maria helfer shopping street.. the room is good bot too small, the breakfast is good

They do not provide you with a single water bottle even when we asked they said you can drink from the bathroom it’s good or pay 5.99 for 1 bottle!! Which is weird for a hotel not apartment, no slippers in the room!!no toothbrush or cottons nothing, only small soap, No bathrobes only towels! Compared to the price we paid more than the hotel in Prague but the other hotel was perfect taking care of all of the details you need to be comfortable!

Had a great view from our window. Location was great, next to city center in a more bohemian neighborhood. Some of the staff were lovely. I was told that the hotel will be completely renovated over the next year

The front desk staff had 3 helpful people. The other 2 were rude and dressed like slobs.The downstairs of the hotel is cold and unwelcoming.The breakfast is easy but nothing special.

Location not convenient for metro although is in down town.

If is situated in a lovely quiet street except there is a night club/bar which is open to 6 am and it’s clientele like to be on the streets around smoking and chatting all night

The hotel was very old and the room was not clean enough. We could not sleep well knowing that the sheets were not clean enough. The carpets in the room were very dirty, it is unhealthy to sleep in such a room. There was nothing in the bathroom (only towels were provided).. no make up cottons, no slippers etc.

Food is bad, frozen pizza and soup from bag. In the room not even water in minibar. This is not 4 star hotel.

Clean and big room.good location, friendly stuff.

the shower next to Sauna in Wellness room was cold.there were no hot water running.

Cleanliness and location

Balcony missing,for smokers it's difficult to stay and relax without possibility to smoke,and a balcony would be perfect

Our room was wonderful with a magnificent view. We loved our room. Not overly spacious but comfortable enough. Thank you for providing 2 luggage racks. We loved the heated bathroom floor. Your breakfast room staff were fabulous adn very helpful (esp. Sarita!). The hotel's location was ideal. Your room cleaning staff did an excellent job.

Overall, I felt that the hotel was overpriced. I would not stay there again for this reason. The breakfast was just OK, in my opinion. It offered the basic elements of a buffet but wasn't that impressive. And your bath towels were terrible. Thin and not very nice.
