- The pool, gym, ac, and friendly staff. Next to a small grocer. Rental bikes around the corner. Walkable to almost everywhere!
- It was clean and a very nice member of staff fixed me a cappuccino my last day before I left.
- Staff was very helpful and friendly, the room was clean and well appointed but the elevator was small and the breakfast buffet was average lots of food but nothing too interesting
Cons -
- Pool needs railings or anti slip as well as a camera. I did not feel safe swimming alone.
- Well location wasn¿t great, but it suited my needs and budget so it was okay. But see below on the outdated room and floor repair needed.
- Rough around the edges - but totally fair for the price. Area is not awesome but also not bad.

Price-value. I paid less than the equivalent of 8 SBUX holiday lattes to stay here. The quality of the hotel for this price, was great. Front desk staff was friendly (this is a HUGE surprise in Vienna). Pool is tiny but was warm. Room was clean.

Room wasn't ready at check in. Mold on walls and ceiling in bathroom.
Brand new and well maintained. Well connected to the center of the city. Kind staff. Excellent breakfast. Will definitely come again.

From the moment you enter the hotel, you feel genuinely welcomed. The pleasant atmosphere and the sweets offered to guests at the reception create a very hospitable impression. The front desk receptionist who welcomed me was extremely helpful and immediately provided information about the city’s attractions and how to get around Vienna. Upon entering the room, I was greeted with a pair of slippers and a small chocolate on the bed, which added a very warm and thoughtful touch. Although the room was slightly small, it was very comfortable and equipped with all the necessary amenities. All the hotel staff were exceptionally kind. Breakfast was outstanding every day, with a wide and plentiful selection. Almost right outside the hotel is the Yppengasse tram stop, which reaches Schottentor station in about 10 minutes—the main tram hub providing access to many of Vienna’s attractions. A metro station is also just a five-minute walk away, and there are two supermarkets right next to the hotel.I am planning to visit Vienna again this year, and I will definitely return to this hotel.
The divisional walls of the room were thin, allowing sound to be heard from the next room. The extractor fan in the bathroom made a terrible noise when it automatically switched on with the bathroom lights.
The hotel facility was very good. I had a pleasant stay, even though the hotel was far from the center 45-minute walk, there was a train in front of the hotel, and the drive was 10 minutes to the center. Next to the hotel, you have a supermarket, nice small restaurants, and the staff were very professional.
Distance from the city center.
1. Location - just 10-15 minutes to Hofburg on a tram, and the tram stop is just outside the hotel.2. The breakfast! All sorts of cold cuts, pastries, fruits, vegetables, even a waffle maker, which was a highlight of my stay :D3. Room size: bed was nice and not too soft, there is a huge wardrobe with lots of space, and overall it was cozy enough for a weekly stay. Cleaning is daily too!4. The staff - very friendly and helpful, were able to answer all the questions about the transportation in Vienna.Overall this property exceeded my expectations, and I will surely stay here again!
Few things that could be improved:1. Shower was indeed tiny - I am small myself, but was occasionally hitting the sliding door with my back. Also, the shower platform wasn't spotlessly clean (nothing disastrous, though), and the bottles with bath gels were very difficult to "push", don't know how to explain it better :D2. The light in the room was very dim - it wasn't important for me, but may be crucial for those who read before going to bed.3. The sound isolation! During the last two days of my stay a very loud family moved in to the room opposite mine, and I could hear kids laughing and running late at night. And overall, all the sounds in the halls can be heard in the room easily. Might be a problem for those who are light sleepers, but was okay for me.
The bed, bellows and sheets are clean and comfortable. Breakfast was nice including variety. Access to tram #44 station in few steps from the hotel
No coffee and tea in the room. Normally I find it in 4/5 stars hotelThe room space is just sufficient to move.
The staff is incredible kind, they were all amazing!! Hotel is very well located closer to the tram that connects all city, in just a couple of minutes you are in the city center. Hotel is veeery clean, amenities are great, room is beautiful, I loved it so much I could stay for months here. Will be coming back as soon as possible!
Good location very near to public transportation (both metro and tram ),friendly staff , very clean hotel , affordable price …
Relatively narrow room , no much varieties in buffet breakfast, swimming pool still not working..
it was great. they even had toothbrushes, which a lot of hotels who has the same prices does not have. i really liked the bed also it was super comfortable.
it was a bit cold at night, even in august. i assume it caused from the air conditioner.
Bad experience!
Rooms are very smalls not like pictures, not very clean corridors and carpets ! Elevators are so old…
I stayed for 6 nights and was very pleased.+ The front desk service was excellent, and all the staff were very helpful. Gabor and Maria, in particular, were patient and helpful in every situation, including car rental.+ Breakfast: It was quite adequate; I'm glad I chose bed and breakfast.+ Room: The suite was spacious and very clean. It was quiet. It overlooked the city. I was allowed in a little earlier than the normal check-in time.-+ Some items, such as a toothbrush and slippers, were missing. I mentioned them to the front desk, and they were provided immediately.+ Location: The Yppengasse tram stop is right in front of the hotel. The tram takes 10 minutes to Schottentor. If you prefer, you can walk to the center in 30-40 minutes.+ View: It was bright and had a city view, with a clear view.
Improvement Areas:- I love coffee. Housekeeping didn't replenish the coffee capsules daily. However, when they ran out, I immediately contacted the front desk and they provided more.- Directions from the airport to the hotel can be improved by adding directions to be more understandable. Tip: Using the S7 is much cheaper than using the express CAT, but CAT is certainly faster and more comfortable.
Our room was very clean. The water pressure & temperature in the shower were perfect. Reception was very kind & let us stow our bags for free after checkout so that we could go get lunch. Super close public transit options; the tram dropped us right in front of the hotel when we arrived. The AC worked almost too well, it got chilly fast!
I wish the room had a coffee machine. Also, we would have opted for breakfast if it were a bit cheaper.
Our suite was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast had a great selection and was well staffed. Check in and check out went smoothly with all staff members offering good customer service.
The location was not as walkable to as many sights as I would have preferred but there was plenty of public transportation available.
The property was very clean and close to the city centre. You have the tram station right in front of the hotel. The room was spacious and clean although didn’t felt like 4 stars, i stayed in room 202.
Only one thing bothered me, the housekeeping staff. Everyday in the morning they are making a lot of noise and banging in all walls. I understand that they need to do their job, but at 7:00 in the morning hearing someone banging and throwing things around isn’t very pleasant.
Clean, with friendly staff and a great location offering easy access to public transport.
There is a glass door in the bathroom that allows a lot of light to come in, which makes it somewhat inconvenient for sleeping.
Clean, good location, very good breakfast
