    Pros +

    • Location
    • Rude bartender.
    • Strategic location, cozy space, friendly and helpful staff

    Cons -

    • The toilet. Why there's no door on the toilet so your family has to see hear and smell all you do, what's is this level of unhygienic, is it even legal? The bartender was a real piece of work. I bought some coca colas in the supermarket and I asked for his bottle opener. He took the cokes and questioned how we got them, assuming we stole them??Also my bediside light was wired cut with exposed wires
    • On Booking.com they mentioned that they provide airport transfer and that was not the case. I booked at the last minute and they couldn’t secure a taxi cab for me. I ended up using Uber because I didn’t have 1 hour to spend on public transportation, and especially on a cold January evening. I should have checked the location of the hotel, I thought it was closer to the city center, which would have made it worth it.
    • There is no kettle in the room.

The hotel is safe and clean. The sound insulation is strong and you don’t hear the noise coming from railways nearby. The bed is comfy. The water pressure is powerful and the water is hot ?

There is no kettle in the room.

The room has a very modern design, the beds are comfortable and clean.

The room was very hot (enough to make me feel sick) regardless of the heater setting. There was no freezer in the room, and since I'm pregnant, it was difficult to keep fruit and yogurt cold. There was no iron… it was quite limited considering the price paid for the two days.

Overall we were pretty satisfied with our stay. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Very good location, not in the city center, but close enough to get there within 15-20 mins by metro or tram. Two tram lines stop literally in front of the hotel and the metro stop just a very short walk away. The hotel location is next to a busy road but the soundproof windows in our room were pretty good. We didn't even hear most of the traffic but our room was on the top floor probably it also help to cancel the outside noise of the city. We also liked the breakfast as well although the hotel was fully booked during our stay and it was a bit crowded but in December it is very understandable. Several grocery stores (BILLA, Aldi) and a pharmacy are on the other side of the road. Also, restaurants and bars nearby and around the neighborhood.

Parking- we had luck that we could get a parking spot while staying there but the system can be better. While waiting at the reception (they asked us not to drive into the garage before checking in because they sort it out the parking spots with the license plates and the parking spaces' numbers... but of course few drivers who didn't care just drove in and someone took our first selected spot while we entered the garage. So had to go up again and one of the employees had to come down and help. We were lucky one spot on another level still left but didn't understand why was this fuss if they didn't ask those who didn't have a selected space or just park anywhere they want to leave. Toilets- I know it's personal. But I really don't like this "new" fashion in many hotels of building bathrooms with glass doors. Not everyone wants to hear other people's businesses every single time. This is like someone does it just right next to your ear. Not to mention there was no fan or ventilation neither in the shower nor in the toilet. So, when you travel with friends or your family together it might be uncomfortable. Also, there was no separate lighting and when we turned on the lights it also turned on in the entryway too. No need to say it can be disturbing in the middle of the night.

Staff was very friendly and breakfast was excellent. Although hotel is a little outside of the downtown area, public transportation was excellent.

    The location

There was no lobby, only three meal options on the lunch menu. Additionally, guests were not allowed to buy food from outside.

Great hotel, very clean and most importantly a working air conditioning unit. Located right next to the train and subway station, very easy to move about. Very cool hotel design, would definitely recommend it.

I had an unexpected and stressful situation after my original hotel cancelled my reservation just hours before my arrival. I found this hotel last-minute and honestly, it was the best thing that could have happened. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly kind and supportive. I checked in feeling anxious, but they immediately made me feel welcome and calm. I also had a small issue with my card during payment, and they were extremely patient and reassuring — they told me not to worry and that they would assist me whenever I was ready. The room was clean and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was peaceful and warm. I’m very grateful for the way the staff handled everything with such professionalism and kindness. Thank you for turning a stressful day into a pleasant stay!

Good breakfast and perfect for a family in terms of tram and metro location

Front staff did not really know about transport advice - children travelling for free on Vienna pass etc. First day room was not cleaned all day we were out and an attempt was made at 3pm when we came back tired and wanting to rest. We made sure we mentioned it the next day as we were leaving and it was done when we were out, but yes they did say they do not automatically clean daily if not requested - best to request!

Very nice and welcoming staff. The room is pleasant and colorful. The location is very good, very well connected to the center. There is a pleasant lobby, with free coffee, tea, hot chocolate, cold and hot water...It is worth coming back, it was a pleasant stay.

Plenty of hotels have now the concept of an open space bathroom. It is an interesting design, but it might not be convenient for everybody.

close to two parks, which are perfect for running. Esp. Turkenschanzpark, hilly but wodnerful.

a uSB socket for charging cellphones would be welcome.
