The service is excellent.

Great location, clean, amazing price.

The single room was a little small and there was little to no soundproofing. It felt a little bit like staying at a dorm, rather than a hotel.

A quaint period building in a good location.

A mini fridge and kettle in the room would have been great. The staff were very helpful and gave me a kettle on request.

Staff was very nice and helpful. We booked the breakfast for one morning and it was simple but sufficient incl. bread, some cold cuts, marmelade & hard boiled eggs & fruits. The pension is very close to the city center with other restaurants around.

The beds were neatly made, the sheets and towels were clean. The room was nice and warm :)The staff were friendly, showed us around and explained everything in detail.

We paid extra to use the kitchen in our unit. The Wifi was little slow. Other than that nothing to complain.

Ok for this price

Location was a 10 minute walk to the metro. It was clean. Staff let us check in early.

Paper thin walls. We could hear everything outside. Shower was in the entrance to the room, weird layout. All plugs were slow charging in our room. We tried them all. Our phones said slow charging. Our Dyson hair products didn’t even work. We let them know and were told not to use faulty products. It worked at the next hotel… No coffee etc in room. A very basic room for a high price.

The place was very clean and cosy. I also really liked the location, it was near many restaurants and a nice walk into the city. I would definitely stay here again!

The room was smaller than I thought, but big enough for the two of us. It just looked different.

this hotel exceeded my expectations...it had great location. it is in central part of the city, has good connection to tram and u-bahn and it was very easy to go around and about the city, even, by foot. Also, supermarkets, shops and cafes, are 5 minute walks away, which was a priority of mine. also, the hotel and building itself felt so vintage looking and cozy, u really feel like in vienna while staying there. warm room, excellent bathroom and water pressure. Also, very nice staff. the room got ready for us before check in hours which was very nice gesture. active communication on whatsapp.Will be returning if i visit Vienna once again! :)

Location is great. The room is clean. Management is not around 24/24 but responsive

Hallway and stair to the pension in second floor were dark. There maybe a switch to turn the light on but it was not obvious to me. However, the stair did not feel so rundown like some reviews said. There is an elevator as well.

The building is old and needs renovation

The location was great. The room was clean and warm. The bed was quite comfortable.

The room was tiny and very basic.There was a fridge at the reception with various drinks available that were not of our interest, but what we would have really liked would be a fridge available to store our own stuff.

The location is good, the room was big and very clean,the girl in the reception very nice and friendly! I will recommend this place!

The hotel was in a great location—just a 15-minute walk from St. Stephen's Cathedral. It was clean, but the building and furnishings were quite old and dated. The breakfast was very basic, offering only pre-packaged or ready-made items.Overall, it was good value for the price paid.

The room was clean when we got there, stations are a few mins walk away, and a few restaurants around. Heating was perfect and we were comfortable. There is also a lift to reception but if you're in one of the top floor you might have to take your luggage up.

There's really not much facilities in the room. You get your bed and bathroom.. no kettle, nothing much else. The road is empty at night but still safe. They also didn't clean the room/ bathroom too well. It was clean on the day we arrived but wasn't cleaned thoroughly on the 4 nights we stayed. But it's manageable if you're out most of the day like we were on our travels.

This is a lovely place, It is comfortable, cozy, the location is perfect and the staff is extraordinary. I was extremely lucky to book this place, the room is comfortable, amazing view from the room I got. Internet works perfectly and it is very clean. I was minutes walking from everywhere, but even the tram station is less than 5 min away, the coffee places around are great. It immediately feels like home.

I loved how it feels staying here, since the morning coffee in the cute terrace of the building to the beautiful walks around the neighborhood. The staff is outstanding when making you feel welcome, they make sure you have everything you need. I will most certainly look for coming back to this very place again. Thank you for providing such a beautiful experience.
