The front office staff is attentive, responded immediately to any request or concern. Brilliant attention from Amet.Well located, close to the metro station.

Although breakfast was served, no restaurant in place.

Clean, good location.

Very basic for it's stars and price. Breakfast nice, but over the years became much simpler. Very basic room too, not as nice as we got before.

The staff was especially helpful. I want to say that the young man who is the "bellhop" in the lobby is amazing. Not only is his English excellent but he helped me on several occasions with efficiency and good humor. He should be promoted!When my previously ordered taxi did not show up on time, the young woman who was the day manager ordered a local taxi that showed up in less than two minutes. I was off to the airport and did not miss my flight thanks to her and the young man who works in the lobby.

When getting off the elevator on floor six, I fell heavily after not seeing the step up to the hallway going to my room.

Location is central but yet in a quite areaVery clean

At that price, for such a basic hotel, I expect at least a small bottle of water. The only water left in room was in the bar!. A complimentary bottle of water will do no harm especially upon arrival.Another point is the TV stations!. Stations were very little and did not include, one, just one English speaking station. We never encountered such a situation, not even in the most remote places.

Great hotel. Super clean. Big room with comfortable king bed. Everything we needed.

Excellent breakfast. Helpful staff. Comfortable room. Short walk to all major attractions, great restaurants and supermarkets. U1 station less than 1 minute away.

Great location, 10 min walk from Musikverein and NEST. Very good breakfast options and they played classical music in restaurant speakers during breakfast, very clean and very friendly staff. 24/7 reception always helpful.

A bit cold in the room but we asked for an extra blanket and they provided immediately. We lneede to be warm, for my old mother.

Nothing that I can think of, it was in a good location to Christmas markets and sightseeing activities.

Good location to city Center easy to walk to hop on bus starting point. Friendly and helpful staff ordered taxi for our return journey to airport. Breakfast staff very helpful for one of our group who required Gluten free diet.

I can’t find anything to fault, it was a lovely clean hotel and good value for money.

Have previously been to this hotel before and it is exceptionally clean, comfortable, fantastic choice at buffet breakfast , polite staff, brilliant location, lovely rooms with every little detail thought of. Complimentary toiletries , fridge stocked with variety of drinks/snack, kettle with assorted teas, coffee. Complimentary slippers a nice touch. An excellent hotel!

Breakfast was really nice. Also location was very central, close to everything. I was there for concerts for Vienna Operawas in walking distance. Front desk staff super super nice and welcoming!!

Friendly staff. Large room. Very comfortable bed. Lift access from street level to room. Shower pressure and water temperature were good. Good I could open window. Didn't notice street noise. Good that air con could be turned off if one wished.

Unexpected single step and half step on floor where room was, on way to lift. Tripped and just avoided a fall. Attic type ceiling with crooked walls next to bed meant I had to duck when getting in and out of bed (I'm almost 180cm). Deep recessed power points was difficult for my adaptor to stay in place, had to use bedside table to support adaptor otherwise would fall- no bedside usb charging ports.

There is no private parking, even though it’s listed as available.There is parking nearby in a neighboring building, which you can access for €30 per night.Breakfast could be better.
